Always accessible. Lots of humor. The purchasing party also immediately clicked with Arwin. But everyone at the office thinks and acts along too. You immediately feel at home at this office!

Beware! They agree on a brokerage fee of 1.25%, but when everything is settled and you receive the contract, suddenly 1.9% appears there on page 12. That's almost €2000,- for an average house. Most people only read it halfway because they hire the real estate agent and he has a duty of care. So pay close attention, when I confronted them about this, I got a strange story as to why this suddenly had to be so. I said that I trusted them but considering my sister's tempo wanted and was willing to make up the difference, we stayed with it. However, they still had to confirm in an email that they would do their utmost. House sold for the asking price that everyone already estimated, nothing above it although it is a seller’s market. When I reported this to the NVM, they indicated that I was complaining for other reasons... which I don't know and they haven't made known. Even when I stated that I can support everything with documentation, it remained silent. What is perhaps even stranger is that I am not allowed to mention the % of the NVM in a review while that’s precisely what it was about. It all comes across to me as a second-hand car salesman who will yell at you if you return because your car breaks down after 200 meters. Very bad, unfortunately.
