After much deliberation, here's a review. We bought 2 houses and sold 1 through Van Vulpen. The purchase of our second house via Sjors went smoothly. The purchase of our first house via Antoinette was very stressful and an unpleasant way of communicating. It was called strategy... We increased the selling price somewhat and there was huge demand but.. yes, it sold quickly and yes the price isn't bad but still significantly below the selling prices of similar houses around us. It wasn’t a fixer-upper, the m2 was comparable, etc. To this day I absolutely don't feel that everything possible has been done and we have therefore missed out on a nice amount… A professional completion (flowers, etc.) was also not present. Apart from that, there was never an apology for anything, madam knew better, felt she was always right and lecturing us wasn’t a problem for her either. All in all, a very, very unpleasant, exhausting experience that still hurts when I look back on it. A shame, they earned a lot of money from us (3 houses!!)… The real estate agency is fine but Antoinette absolutely not.
