We wanted to purchase a property through Rani Schotsman. Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience with her. We needed some more time to arrange certain matters because a mortgage application simply takes longer due to our personal situation. In the preliminary phase, we provided all our cooperation and even agreed to postpone the key transfer by well over half a year, which wasn't really convenient for us. Rani stood firm and did not offer any flexibility. A week later, she came with a counter-proposal of compensation of tens of thousands of euros in exchange for a few more weeks. This gave the impression that she is primarily interested in money. Due to this attitude, the purchase ultimately fell through. Both her client and we, as an interested buyer, are victims of this. I will therefore not recommend this real estate agent!
