We zijn uitgenodigd om bij Van der Linden naar een huurwoning te kijken. De communicatie per mail was zeer onpersoonlijk en traag en we kregen vaak geen antwoord, ondanks wij van onze kant alles 100% volledig hebben aangeleverd via de portalen en altijd direct terugmailden. Aan de telefoon was een zekere Monique erg onvriendelijk en kortaf en weigerde iets voor ons te betekenen en we moesten maar wachten. De woning die we uiteindelijk bezochten leek geheel niet op de foto’s en daardoor waren we erg teleurgesteld. We hebben die ochtend een 2e woning kunnen bezichtigen waar we erg enthousiast over waren en lieten dat dan ook direct weten, maar helaas hebben we 3 (!) weken moeten wachten om uiteindelijk te horen dat het voor een ander ‘in optie’ was. Al met al heel teleurstellend en vermoeiend. We verwachten een baby en hadden graag een passend huis gekregen, het heeft helaas veel stress opgeleverd.

They wanted this cleaned by a cleaning company, but even after 6 weeks it still hasn't been done. The reason was that there was no tenant who could give them permission to clean, which is not my problem. They have all four keys in their possession and should therefore know how to make a cleaning appointment. The end of the year is approaching, and now they say it can only be expected next year, which in total takes 8 weeks. That's unacceptable, outright ridiculous. They are ignoring their own term of 4-6 weeks for the refund of the deposit. It seems that the tenant has nothing to do with this. I have referred many people to this real estate office, but I am not satisfied with their current behavior. Update after a month - January 28: No progress has been made. The same story: they are trying to get the invoice from the cleaning company. What a weak excuse, bad service. Every company wants to be paid for the work they do, but this cleaning company hasn't submitted an invoice even after completing the job. This is their excuse, which is unacceptable. I'm getting so frustrated and stressed by this moving company. I want my deposit back as soon as possible, I have nothing more to discuss with you! Update of February 3, 2025: they have refunded €756 from the €1480 deposit, which is pure swindling. Attached is a photo of the only comment they made in the final inspection report. How can they deduct €750 from the deposit for cleaning the floor and windows? According to the law, there is no clause that allows this kind of thing. Stay far away from this office.
