Two days later we visited the property together and already made an offer on Tuesday, winning the bid for the house. So hit it right the first time!! 16 Mar 2025I bought a new build property, so I thought about having a building inspection done. But when he arrived and I told him I’d already been to the notary, he asked me why am I here then? Then it's a waste of your money because nothing can be changed anymore. So he still walked through the house nicely. But he was honest enough to say that it was a waste of money and therefore saved me €450 by not charging me. Thanks again for your honesty, you could have easily earned money that day.

Really has knowledge of the subject, saw at a glance what the cause and solution to a moisture problem was and how to fix it.
