Goed advies en hulp gekregen bij de aankoop van mijn woning.

In het verleden heb ik twee keer gebruikgemaakt van de begeleiding van Tessa Koeman: eerst bij de aankoop en later bij de verkoop van ons huis. Beide keren heb ik dit als bijzonder prettig ervaren. Tessa is zeer vriendelijk, denkt actief mee, oriënteert zich goed en reageert alert. Wat ik vooral waardeer, is dat er direct contact werd opgenomen zodra er een ontwikkeling was in de aan- of verkoop van ons huis. Er werd steeds overlegd, waardoor er snel en slagvaardig gehandeld kon worden. Dat persoonlijke en proactieve contact maakt echt het verschil. Daarnaast is Tessa ter zake kundig en volledig op de hoogte van de huidige huizenmarkt. Ik ben zeer tevreden over de begeleiding en de volledige afhandeling en beveel Koeman Makelaardij dan ook van harte aan.

Prima makelaar, alleen in deze tijd verkoopt een huis zich zelf, dus waar de makelaar nou zo druk mee geweest is weet ik niet. De makelaarskosten zijn 'standaard' maar naar mijn idee veel te hoog.

Onacceptabel: €3.200 aan borg nog steeds niet terug "Ik ben genoodzaakt deze waarschuwing te schrijven. Dit kantoor weigert al meerdere maanden mijn borg van €3.200 terug te betalen. Ondanks talloze pogingen om contact op te nemen via telefoon en mail, blijft het kantoor volledig onbereikbaar en worden afspraken niet nagekomen. Het achterhouden van dergelijke bedragen zonder enige communicatie is onprofessioneel en juridisch dubieus. Bespaar jezelf de frustratie en het financiële risico en ga niet met dit kantoor in zee.

Linda heeft een woning voor ons aangekocht. Ze heeft ons hierbij perfect geholpen. Ze heeft veel kennis van de markt en regio. En daarnaast is ze een bijzonder prettig persoon om mee te werken. We raden haar daarom van harte aan voor het aankopen van een woning. Bedankt
