We were able to schedule an initial meeting quite quickly, and despite being very nervous because it would be our first home purchase, we were exceptionally well taken care of by the two ladies and left feeling good. It was immediately clear that the ladies have a lot of expertise and are very professional. This primarily came across during the viewings, for which Britt arranged the planning and where Agnes was personally present. Agnes looks at the smallest details with a critical eye and almost intuitively knows what is suitable or not for her clients. Before and after the viewings, communication and coordination with the necessary parties also proceeded rapidly via Avenue thanks to Britt, who keeps track of everything and maintains an overview. We expected it to take at least a year to buy a house, and ultimately, we found and bought a house in less than three months after the first viewing, thanks to Avenue!

Communication runs smoothly and you know exactly where you stand. They think in terms of possibilities and give advice (e.g., possibility of subsidy for new glass). Even when things got a bit tense regarding getting our mortgage finalized on time (which was beyond our control), Agnes and Britt were on top of it, which we experienced as very pleasant. 30 Sep 2025No good experience with this real estate agent. We engaged Vesta to assist us both in the sale of our home and in the purchase of a new home. After initial conversations and one unsuccessful bid on a house, contact with Vesta became less frequent until communication completely stopped. A property profile was supposed to be created for us with suitable houses, but this never got off the ground. We then, after weeks of radio silence, were forced to engage another real estate agent who successfully managed to help us move. Now, a year and a half later, an invoice of 500 euros for cancellation fees has been placed on our mat. Technically/legal correct but it feels easily earned, doesn't it? If you're looking for a real estate agent who can guide you from start to finish, keep looking.

Date unknownVery bad experience with Vesta. Especially the valuation by B. I still have my doubts whether he is a NVM appraiser. He looks in the land registry for surrounding sold homes and immediately has his price ready. He doesn't look at individual aspects that can influence the value of homes at all. Without consultation, he immediately places his report on the NWWI site. Very careless, very un-customer focused and would NOT recommend anyone to do business with him. Make sure you don't have to deal with him, because he will rip you off.

We didn't want to just sell our house to anyone after 28 years, and he understood that perfectly. I found it incredibly exciting, but Martin was there, understood it, and guided the process in a warm and empathetic way. Accessible, connected to who we are, and with an eye for the entire process. Besides Almere, he is very familiar with Lelystad, which was very important to us. We also appreciated that he well supported the buyers of our house because they were very enthusiastic but also overwhelmed because they're so in love with our house. Without any effort, he stood by them as well; that’s what I call a top real estate agent. Martin, thank you for all your good care.
