Locatie: Diemen Nord. Ik ging naar een bezichtiging en toen ik daar aankwam, vertelden ze me dat er een aantal dingen in de keuken niet werkten - dingen die niet in de beschrijving stonden. Een van de dingen die niet werkte, was de afzuigkap. Ik vroeg welk type het was (binnen of met een afvoerbuis naar buiten) en ze had geen idee. Ik vroeg naar de verkoopprocedure en ze zei dat er geen procedure was, omdat er op dat moment geen geïnteresseerden waren. Een paar dagen later (3 dagen later) vertelde een vriend me wat details over de afzuigkap. Ik concludeerde dat ik een tweede bezichtiging moest aanvragen, omdat de reparatiekosten hoger zouden kunnen uitvallen dan ik had verwacht. Ik stuurde ze een e-mail met het verzoek om een ​​tweede bezichtiging - 4 dagen nadat ze me hadden verteld dat er geen procedure was. Die dag kreeg ik geen reactie, maar de volgende dag vertelden ze me dat het huis verkocht was omdat de eigenaar een fantastisch bod had gekregen. Als ze eerlijk waren geweest, hadden ze alle geïnteresseerden moeten laten weten dat ze een bod hadden ontvangen en dat er vóór dag X een bod moest worden ingediend. Mijn conclusie over IB Makelaars: Iedereen kan een huis verkopen.

Blijf hier ver vandaan als je het erg vindt om duizenden euro's te verliezen. Dit is absoluut en volledig oplichting. Samen met de huisbaas hebben ze bijna mijn volledige borg ingehouden om niet-overeengekomen, verzonnen kosten te dekken, en dat terwijl er niets kapot was toen ik vertrok! Die Marvin is bovendien incompetent en totaal oneerlijk.

Ik ben heel tevreden over IB-makelaars. Ze kenden de lokale markt erg goed en de daarop toegesneden verkoopstrategie pakte dan ook fantastisch uit. De communicatie was telkens vlot en prettig. Ook hadden ze diverse opties en suggesties die voor ons (de erfgenamen van de overleden eigenaar) heel fijn waren, waaronder enkele verkoopclausules. Die stonden ook al keurig in de advertentie, zodat de koper daar niet pas bij de notaris mee geconfronteerd werd, zoals ik zelf als koper eens meegemaakt had. Kortom, geen gladde types maar wel een stapje meer voor wat betreft inzet en deskundigheid om het beste resultaat te behalen op een nette manier.
