Ik heb een fantastische ervaring gehad met KK Real Estate. Ze waren ontzettend behulpzaam, efficiënt en vriendelijk gedurende het hele proces. Een woning vinden in Nederland kan best stressvol zijn, maar zij maakten het een stuk makkelijker. Je merkt dat ze echt om je geven en begrijpen hoe lastig de woningmarkt kan zijn. Ik heb hun steun enorm gewaardeerd en zou ze zeker aan iedereen aanraden die op zoek is naar een woning!

We zijn net verhuisd naar ons nieuwe appartement, dat beheerd wordt door dit makelaarskantoor. Professioneel en behulpzaam gedurende het hele proces. Ik kan ze van harte aanbevelen :)

I am so satisfied with KK Amsterdam and thanks to their help I was able to rent my dream house without any problems. Thanks to their friendly and professional real estate agents, the entire process, from viewing to check-in, was smooth and clear. They respond so quickly and are so responsive that I didn't have to worry at all during the entire process. Meanwhile, KKAmsterdam introduced me to the Utility Advisor (which was free of charge), who enabled me to arrange my utilities in no time.

Therefore, I wanted to write this review for everyone who needs help finding an apartment in Amsterdam. The process can be difficult, especially for expats who do not speak Dutch, but KK Amsterdam is the right choice to make the entire move much easier. Once again, heartfelt thanks!

Ik heb via KKAmsterdam een ​​woning gehuurd en het team werkt super efficiënt. Het hele proces was binnen slechts 2 dagen afgerond. De check-in verliep soepel en ze konden al mijn vragen beantwoorden. Daarnaast hebben ze me geholpen met het afsluiten van de contracten voor nutsvoorzieningen, wat ik erg op prijs stel.

Normally I don't like to share negative reviews, but this time it was necessary. I had a rental agreement with this office and they were downright unprofessional: the contract wasn't ready on time, the response to our email took extremely long... In the end I could only manage to get in touch with the owner, who was actually a very nice person :). Unfortunately I still had to deal with them after my move. Although we cleaned the house perfectly with my roommate for two days, they still charged us 10 hours of cleaning costs (no idea what they were doing all that time), which ultimately cost us €150 + €50 for cleaning products (€50!! Yes, you read that right). Greedy and unprofessional, that's what this office best fits. They do everything to rip you off, so if you can avoid them, do so! By the way, KK means poop in French, which I found a fairly accurate description. (My message was removed because they changed their business location, but since they didn't change their way of working, I want to make sure other people aren't ripped off)

Overall, the rental experience went very smoothly and quickly. From the moment I registered until check-in, they were extremely responsive and helpful with all my questions and negotiations. I especially want to emphasize the exceptional service of Lyte; she handled most of the paperwork and questions extremely well and efficiently. The only 'problem', which is not a big problem, is that I had the feeling that check-in was somewhat rushed and not prepared for the following specific cases: 1- We couldn't find the storage of the apartment and it took a few days before we found out where it was located. However, this was not a big problem. 2- The apartment had holes in the living room wall that were not sealed by the previous tenant or the real estate agency/owner before my new rental. Positively, this was clearly mentioned in the damage reports at check-in. The rest of the check-in and the support afterwards were well handled. I discovered damage after check-in and they noted it quickly and professionally. I can still not judge the concerns about checkout and cleaning that other reviewers shared, as I just checked in. It is however very common to always have a professional cleaning service done before a new rental agreement, even if the previous tenant cleaned excellently. I therefore recommend you to take this into account and handle it well in advance and communicate with both the agency and owner to avoid as many problems as possible.

Awesome experience! Although finding a rental property in Amsterdam can be quite a challenge, KK Amsterdam was a great find and the whole process went very smoothly. The real estate agents are really nice and you can really tell that their customer service mentality is far from normal. Our experience with other real estate agents was terrible. Usually, we only received automated emails and if we were lucky enough to get a viewing, they came without any interest and just wanted to end it (and it doesn't matter to them either, because the market is so dynamic, they know that someone will rent the property anyway). With KK Amsterdam, we already noticed from the first email we received from them that they wanted to add a bit more 'humanity' in their interaction with us. I can wholeheartedly recommend them!
