Geen aanrader! Je betaalt minder, maar krijgt ook echt veel minder service is mijn ervaring. De service is echt minimaal. Misschien dat het bij een standaard appartement goed werkt. Bij mijn huis (iets minder gewilde buurt in Amsterdam, rijtjeshuis) was het een grote teleurstelling. Leonie kwam kennismaken, fijn gesprek, en antwoorde heel duidelijk JA toen ik vroeg of zij de makelaar zou worden en de bezichtingen zou doen. Vervolgens stond er een paar dagen voor de geplande datum voor de bezichtigingen in het portaal opeens een andere naam. Ik belde om te vragen hoe dit zat, want deze persoon kende het huis nog niet, en ik zou niet aanwezig zijn. Daar werd heel luchtig over gedaan aan de telefoon. Ik regelde toch maar vrij van werk, en nen van te voren een rondleiding en informatie gaan geven. Deze medewerker kwam zeer ongeinteresseerd over, stelde geen vragen en leek niet gemotiveerd. Resultaat: 2 bezichtigingen, geen biedingen. En verder: ik moest zelf het verkoopbord ophalen op kantoor, zelf ophangen (alternatief was dat ze het pas op de dag van de bezichtiging zouden ophangen, wat onlogisch is). Geen informatie over open huizen dag. Nooit iets van Leonie gehoord over waarom zij iemand anders had gestuurd zonder overleg. Toen ik belde naar kantoor dat ik een andere makelaar ging zoeken werd ik binnen enkele minuten gebeld door Leonie, met het verhaal dat zij last-minute verhinderd was geweest en daarom iemand anders had ingepland.. zonder communicatie naar mij. Ik kreeg er geen goed gevoel van en ik ben overgestapt naar een andere makelaar. Resultaat: tientallen bezichtigingen, meerdere biedingen en is het huis voor een zeer goede prijs verkocht. Conclusie: heel veel tijd verloren en uiteindelijk ook geld (500 euro aanbetalingskosten, niet retourneerbaar). Veel frustratie. Ik zou het niet doen!

What a frustrating experience with Kijck! I advise you to avoid the same mistake as us and seek help elsewhere when selling your house. After 2 months of having the house listed on Funda, we saw very little progress, despite assurances of a quick sale. The communication has been terrible; we constantly had to initiate contact, while our agent, Leonie, rarely answered or returned calls. There was no attempt to change the sales strategy, and we received no contact to offer reassurance or support—just an overall disappointing service. From sending a trainee to conduct viewings to the lack of communication and strategy, the support we received was minimal at best. The communication was one-sided; we had to repeatedly inquire for updates or feedback. During the Open House Day, we did most of the work by welcoming viewers, collecting their information and background, and sharing everything with Kijck, who only needed to call for feedback and try to sell our property. However, we had to ask several times to receive any feedback from viewers. Since that Open House Day, 3 weeks have passed without any message from Kijck—no guidance, follow-up or suggestions on how we can improve our approach. This has been incredibly disappointing. When we finally decided to withdraw from Kijck, Leonie didn't answer again. When we called the office, the staff didn't even ask why we wanted to withdraw, as if this happens regularly—which wouldn't surprise me, given that I’ve seen similar reviews here. Although my partner thinks we shouldn't write this review because Kijck doesn't care, I believe potential customers have a right to know about our experience and should think twice before entering into an agreement with Kijck. We are left without having sold our house, feeling frustrated, disappointed and stressed, and now we have to start from scratch again. Definitely not recommended!
