I called a real estate agent to view and buy the garage box, which was last Monday, November 27, 2025. The employee said I had to send an email and I did so immediately. Noah replied to my email with information about the garage box and asked for my phone number to make an appointment. Then on Thursday, November 30, he called and said the garage box was already sold.

Our contact with the real estate agent went very smoothly and correctly. His intern Noah meant a lot to us. He passed on the viewing days and times, which allowed us to take certain things into account. The ladies at the office also let us know if there were any changes. Today we had a viewing organized by Hillen Makelaars. Apparently the iPad was more important than the visit, because there was little to actually no genuine sales interest. This realtor doesn't sell a house due to his own ego. Totally no positive experience with them.. take your client through his upcoming house... tell him everything... no. This realtor could tell.. there is asbestos here and there, but I don’t know exactly either… etc… that’s right… maybe with Google you can find some more information to sell a house. Very bad experience with this realtor. Once and never again.
