Blijf ver weg van dit bedrijf. Ze zijn onprofessioneel en hebben ons na ons vertrek uit het appartement niet eens een uitcheckrapport gegeven. Ze kwamen langs, maakten een heleboel foto's, controleerden alles en beloofden het uitcheckrapport binnen een week te sturen. Het is nu twee maanden geleden en we hebben het nog steeds niet ontvangen. Bovendien zijn ze onbeleefd en onprofessioneel in hun communicatie met belanghebbenden. Tijdens een telefoongesprek begon iemand van dit bedrijf me gewoon uit te schelden en zei dat ik me moest schamen omdat ik het huis niet had schoongemaakt. Ik probeerde herhaaldelijk uit te leggen dat we nog niet waren uitgecheckt en dat we het huis in bezit hadden voordat we de sleutels zouden overhandigen. Hij ging helemaal los en bleef hetzelfde herhalen. Een extreem onprofessioneel bedrijf.
