Second, his work ethic is excellent. The communication was effortless, relaxed, and he responded incredibly quickly – often via WhatsApp, without any form of a 9-to-5 mindset. Joek is fully available for you, always reachable, proactive, and has an eye for every detail. However, what really struck me was how attentive and caring he is as a person. Even on the day of the key handover, he went out of his way with small gestures – a lunch, a gift – things that made the entire process personal and genuinely caring. Over the course of a few weeks, he became much more than just a real estate agent; he was someone with whom you could discuss things and who you could fully trust. Upon first contact, Joek showed up on his scooter in casual clothing, unlike other real estate agents who arrive in a suit with folders. It was a pleasant conversation where the feeling was immediately good. He is clear and honest, which also turned out to be the case during the entire sales process. Joek even solved a problem with the door to the garden! When we decided to engage Joek, he immediately got to work. The house was listed on funda within 1.5 weeks and sold for more than the asking price within 3 days. I sold the house together with my ex-partner, she unfortunately did not leave a good review for these gentlemen, which is a shame. She was simply angry because she had little to say about the sale. I definitely recommend these gentlemen!

Afterwards, we were left with his replacement, Remco, and that was a terrible experience all around. Here's a list: 1. Remco never answered when you called and didn't respond to messages -- even the notary mentioned during the sale that Remco is known for being unavailable. 2. Remco also didn't introduce himself after taking over from Skender. He didn't say anything and offered no information about the viewings he had planned. 3. Remco provided false information during the viewings, which has also negatively impacted the selling price of our house. 4. Remco was very rude all around. 5. Remco sold items with the house that were not for sale. 6. When Remco was confronted about this, he said: 'I'm not going to negotiate over a few items.' Ultimately, due to his attitude and unwillingness to advocate for our interests, we were unable to keep our belongings. 7. Remco made agreements with the purchasing party regarding the terms of the sale that were not discussed with us. When the notary tried to call him about this, he -of course- didn't answer either. And so on. When we contacted Skender about the substandard service provided, Skender was very indignant that we were dissatisfied. He did not acknowledge our frustrations and we also experienced no improvement or received any apologies. All in all, there was a huge lack of transparency, accessibility and customer focus. It is absolutely not recommended to work with either of these two men. They are both completely incompetent and unprofessional real estate agents.

07 Feb 2024We were scammed by this real estate agency. We rented an apartment for 2700 (Lindengracht 332), which they touted as recently renovated and beautiful. In reality, this apartment was filthy and disgusting. The walls had black mold everywhere, the furniture was broken, every corner of the apartment was dirty, worn out, and disgusting. After being confronted with the problems, they started lying and blaming my relatives for 'not following the standard procedure', which was completely untrue. Ultimately, we had to hire a lawyer, but we did get our deposit back, but we were still ripped off by an extra €1350 by the greedy landlord who refused to take responsibility for his disgusting apartment.

He gives clear and honest feedback and never pushed us or tried to sell us anything, no 'sales pitches'. The people at Visie are also lovely to deal with. They work very professionally, respond quickly, and are helpful. In addition, it's clear what you’re signing up for when entering into the assignment, no nasty surprises. For a next assignment we will definitely return to them.

In recent years, we have done several things with this office for both sales and purchases and they deserve the 5 stars in every respect. Correct, fast, clear, transparent and very friendly. No quick real estate agent talk but a transparent and personal approach. An absolute no-brainer if you are looking for a real estate agent in Amersfoort and surrounding areas.

02 Aug 2024After a pleasant introduction, the contact with Ard always ran smoothly. During the viewings, there was an app group for us and the agency of Visie, so we could quickly switch. A nice extra was that drone images of the area were made, and that much work was taken out of our hands. For example: measuring the house was not entirely correct, the real estate agent arranged for us to ensure it was correct.
