17 May 2025I had direct contact with Stephen. No fuss, just clear – that's what I like. From the first conversation, I knew exactly where I stood. Even when I went against his advice, he continued to think along and cooperated smoothly. He is creative, solution-oriented, and really thinks with you. Despite the enormous pressure on the housing market, I never felt like a number with Van Rhijn Makelaars. They were involved, fast, and always accessible. My house was ultimately sold well, and I was completely relieved of responsibility throughout the process. If you want to sell your property in Gouda or the surrounding area, then, as far as I'm concerned, Van Rhijn Makelaars is the right choice. Especially if you appreciate clear communication, a personal approach, and someone who stands by you from A to Z.

17 Dec 2024Bad experience with a nasty aftertaste. Does not honor agreements, is careless and unreasonable. Agreements made in move account were not kept. Incorrect data published in both the move account and the funda advertisement. When inquiring with the broker about this, he reacted defensively and extremely unreasonably. And washing hands of innocence. As a result, we have been misled and had to incur high extra costs. Afterwards, when asking around, other people shared a similar experience. Our advice would be not to enter into business with this real estate agent.

21 Apr 2025Houtman & De Vogel. I had them highly rated as a real estate agent, but they really completely missed the mark. Making an April Fool's joke by offering a characteristic property for sale in Boskoop. Interested parties received an email back stating that it was an April Fool's joke. Knowing how tense the housing market is, especially among young people, this is a truly hopeless joke. In my opinion, the employees didn't think things through well before doing this. Giving people hope in this way I find very bad. I secretly hope it costs them customers. Very very bad Houtman @ De Vogel.

13 Jun 2025The reason I came to Blauw Makelaars was that when I myself was looking for a house (years ago) I was impressed by how professionally but kindly Robert conducted the viewings. Kindly informing but not pushing for a sale. When I put my house up for sale, he only reinforced this image. Robert is accessible as an agent to both the buyer and his client, has clear communication and keeps his appointments. Blauw is a small office with Robert, Vincent and Floris with an excellent reputation in Gouda and surrounding areas. You are always approached personally and realistic expectations are made and realized. During the sales process I received clear and good advice and actively thought with me about how we could sell the house as well as possible. I also liked working with a fixed price, as Robert explained it himself; if there is an offer significantly above the asking price in this crazy market, that does not mean that an agent has done better or more work, it's strange to ask for a higher compensation for it. Overall, I would definitely recommend Blauw Makelaars as a local, expert and customer-friendly real estate agency.
