We noticed that extra time and attention were invested in drawing potential buyers' attention to our house. The buyers were furthermore enthused without being pushed, which in our experience gives the best results. One point for improvement was that the photos certainly did not look so nice/convincing at first glance. They were quickly retouched and that gave a better result, but the charm of our house still did not really come through on the screen.
