Geachte heer Machiel van der Meer, U had zich gemeld als geïnteresseerde voor een object en contact gehad met onze collega’s, maar u was ook nog op vakantie. Tegelijkertijd waren er meer mensen die contact hebben opgenomen en dan is er een van die kandidaten met een bod waarvan de verkoper zei “Daar wil ik de transactie mee doen en ik hoef niet te weten of er (later) nog meer interesse is.” U heeft mij later nog eens gebeld en uw nummer achtergelaten en dezelfde morgen heb ik u teruggebeld. U meldde interesse te hebben voor een object, maar helaas moest ik u toen al melden dat dit object kort voor ons gesprek is verkocht. Dan is het voor u ineens een verkocht object. Wij zijn een eerlijke organisatie en houden absoluut geen informatie achter voor onze klanten, maar helaas kan ik u simpelweg niet vertellen wie er bieden en wat er geboden wordt. During viewings, Jos was always well-prepared with further information about the property and comparable properties. Afterwards, based on his observations and experience, he gave his honest opinion. This removed question marks and doubts regarding the condition, value, and future prospects of the property, allowing me to confidently place a bid. In addition, potentially interesting properties were conveniently shared via WhatsApp, and Jos and other employees always responded quickly to questions. The involved employees were also very helpful; for example, I was able to ride along to a viewing once.

Jos Rijneveld heeft ons goed geholpen in het meedenken rondom de aankoop en verkoop van een/ons huis. Ondanks dat de omstandigheden het maakten dat zowel een aankoop- als verkoopmakelaar niet nodig was, zijn we erg blij met het gegeven advies in te ondernemen stappen, is er een gratis waardebepaling uitgevoerd van ons huis en is eenmalig collega Renske mee geweest met een bezichtiging. We hadden zeker voor De Koning Makelaars gekozen als de omstandigheden anders waren geweest. Ze namen het goed op, ondanks dat we uiteindelijk geen product van hen afnamen en konden het open contact hierover waarderen.

Patient and helpful real estate agent. De Koning Makelaars in Woerden helped us with the purchase of a home. They assisted well in the preliminary phase, to ensure that if we made an offer, it was known beforehand that we could afford that amount. During the pandemic, they were patient and helpful in searching for a property. Furthermore, they were a good sparring partner in considering whether we really wanted to make an offer on a home. It was also very nice that we could ride along with our purchasing agent on the way to a property, precisely when we had car trouble.
