Tijdens onze zoektocht naar een woning zijn wij in contact gekomen met Koning Makelaar in Woerden. Helaas hebben wij deze ervaring als zeer onprettig ervaren. Zowel tijdens het eerste kennismakingsgesprek als in de verdere communicatie voelden wij ons niet serieus genomen. De toon waarop er met ons werd gesproken kwam respectloos over en gaf ons het gevoel dat we werden gekleineerd, in plaats van begeleid in een toch al spannende periode. Na het uitbrengen van ons eerste bod werden wij telefonisch benaderd met de opmerking: “Wat denk je zelf? Dit is veel te laag, jullie gaan het niet worden.” Deze manier van communiceren vonden wij onprofessioneel en onnodig hard. Inmiddels hebben wij via een andere weg wél een woning kunnen vinden, wat voor ons bevestigt dat onze situatie zeker niet kansloos was. Wij hadden gehoopt op een makelaar die meedenkt, adviseert en respectvol communiceert. Deze makelaar is meer gefocust op zelf geld verdienen.

Be careful when Jaque is the seller: Poor communication, withholding information, promises not kept.

Dear Mr. Machiel van der Meer, You had registered as an interested party for an object and contacted our colleagues, but you were also on vacation. At the same time, there were more people who contacted us and then one of those candidates made an offer which the seller said, "That's the transaction I want to do and I don't need to know if there is (later) more interest." You called me again later and left your number, and the same morning I called you back. You mentioned having an interest in an object, but unfortunately I had to inform you at that time already that this object had been sold shortly before our conversation. Then it suddenly becomes a sold object for you. We are an honest organization and absolutely do not withhold information from our customers, but unfortunately I simply cannot tell you who is making offers and what is being offered. Through De Koning real estate agents, I purchased an apartment in Mijdrecht. Jos was my purchasing agent. I experienced the collaboration with Jos as very positive. During viewings, Jos was always well-prepared with further information about the property and comparable properties. Afterwards, based on his observations and experience, he gave his honest opinion. This removed question marks and doubts regarding the condition, value, and future prospects of the property, allowing me to confidently place a bid. In addition, potentially interesting properties were conveniently shared via WhatsApp, and Jos and other employees always responded quickly to questions. The involved employees were also very helpful; for example, I was able to ride along to a viewing once.

Patient and helpful real estate agent. De Koning Makelaars in Woerden helped us with the purchase of a home.
