Tegelijkertijd waren er meer mensen die contact hebben opgenomen en dan is er een van die kandidaten met een bod waarvan de verkoper zei “Daar wil ik de transactie mee doen en ik hoef niet te weten of er (later) nog meer interesse is.” U heeft mij later nog eens gebeld en uw nummer achtergelaten en dezelfde morgen heb ik u teruggebeld. U meldde interesse te hebben voor een object, maar helaas moest ik u toen al melden dat dit object kort voor ons gesprek is verkocht. Dan is het voor u ineens een verkocht object. Wij zijn een eerlijke organisatie en houden absoluut geen informatie achter voor onze klanten, maar helaas kan ik u simpelweg niet vertellen wie er bieden en wat er geboden wordt.
