Despite the enormous pressure on the housing market, I never felt like a number with Van Rhijn Makelaars. They were involved, fast, and always accessible. My house was ultimately sold well, and I was completely relieved of responsibility throughout the process. If you want to sell your property in Gouda or the surrounding area, then, as far as I'm concerned, Van Rhijn Makelaars is the right choice. She reacted very enthusiastically and could even join the viewing. It was lovely to have her there, as I had never bought a house before. Making an April Fool's joke by offering a characteristic property for sale in Boskoop. Interested parties received an email back stating that it was an April Fool's joke. Knowing how tense the housing market is, especially among young people, this is a truly hopeless joke. In my opinion, the employees didn't think things through well before doing this. Giving people hope in this way I find very bad. I secretly hope it costs them customers. Very very bad Houtman @ De Vogel.

And if you call about this, he starts to stutter and repeatedly says the legendary words 'I hear what you're saying'. This seems like fraud to us, but who are we?
