This realtor can remarkably perform an appraisal of an entire farm in 1 day, WITHOUT going on site and (and apparently without the 4-eyes principle of another realtor) and then he charges 7260 euros and that amount is already withdrawn from your account that same day! And if you call about this, he starts to stutter and repeatedly says the legendary words 'I hear what you're saying'. This seems like fraud to us, but who are we?

28 Jan 2026Van Rhijn Makelaars sold our father's house in Gouda for us while we ourselves live abroad. Stephen and Justin guided this process exceptionally well and fully took care of us. The most important result: a high yield. Of the four real estate agents we spoke to, Van Rhijn gave the highest valuation. The lowest was even €65.000 lower. In the end, they sold the house for €32.000 above their own valuation. Stephen predicted at the first meeting the number of interested parties, viewings and bidders - and was remarkably close to that. In addition, their involvement and practical approach stood out. They arranged the complete removal of the house and made sure everything went quickly and smoothly, which was extremely valuable for us from afar. They think in solutions and clearly go further than you might expect from an average real estate agency. The transparent way of working is also a big plus: fixed rates, one agreed price including everything (photoshoot, energy label, guidance, etc.), no commission and no surprises later on. In addition, we agreed upon a bonus system, which worked fairly and motivating for all parties involved. The communication was pleasant, fast and clear throughout the entire process. The house, in a popular neighborhood, was emptied and sold within a week. On their website I saw a customer rating of 9.7. From me, Stephen, Justin and their team get a solid 10.

They have good contacts with real estate agents in the area and actively search for properties that match your wishes. During viewings, they also look very closely at the property, are open, transparent, and ask critical questions about the house. Everything you could want in a realtor!👏🏽

07 Jun 2025Remmie assisted me as a real estate agent several years ago with the sale of my apartment in Utrecht. Remmie has years of experience as a real estate agent and appraiser in the local housing market of Utrecht. Not a slick, quick young man, but an involved real estate agent with a positive factor. When it initially didn't go smoothly, Remmie helped keep his head cool. With some patience, and some strategic adjustments to how the property was put on the market, it was still sold quite quickly and for a good amount. Thanks to his good advice and guidance, I have more than earned back the costs of his services. If I ever needed a real estate agent again in the Utrecht region, I would call Remmie.

07 Mar 2025After the introductory meeting with Suzanne, we quickly had a good feeling and decided to start the search together. The guidance during viewings (including technical matters) was very pleasant; something we didn't have to worry about was 'can we see ourselves living here'. The quick and informal contact in the group app was also very nice and convenient. When we came to the decision to make an offer, we received advice on the possible appraisal values and a promising bid; together with DEX Makelaars, we ultimately found our own home within 4 months. We would like to thank DEX Makelaars and especially Suzanne for the pleasant guidance (and still) all the way to the notary!

As first-time home buyers we were a bit nervous, but Remmie was always ready to answer our questions and explain everything we didn't understand. Besides being an excellent real estate agent, Remmie is also a genuine good person who really listens to you. He never pressured us to make a decision we didn't feel comfortable with and always represented our interests. If we ever need a real estate agent again, we will definitely contact Remmie again. We wholeheartedly recommend him to everyone looking for a reliable and experienced professional!

The guidance of both processes was arranged by him down to the last detail, which was already an excellent experience! When I then encountered a hidden defect after 3 months in my new home, he spared no effort to resolve this properly together with the previous residents. If I were to consider selling/buying something else again, I would not hesitate to ring the bell again.
