He guided us well through the sales process, and was the only one of the three brokers we had invited who came up with the good idea to have photos taken during our vacation. That pragmatic attitude is characteristic of Hans and decisive in our choice for him. We have not regretted that. Hans adapts easily and is flexible in his approach. He listens well to wishes and then gives good advice. He always responded within a day to our questions and he kept appointments. After some setbacks in our own purchase process, he recommended another skilled purchasing broker, Kersten. Which made us feel enormously helped. When I arrived there, I was lost without information about the building, because there were multiple identical ones. Despite calling him several times, he didn't answer his phone. The house was bought long ago from Walton Real Estate through Nancy's father, which was already very pleasant at the time and now having the house sold by his daughter, Nancy. From the first contact I felt that she handled things well and had them under control. The entire process has gone very smoothly, good communication, short lines, clear structure and a good rate. Petra in the office is also gold, always friendly and helpful. I have the feeling that they certainly go that extra mile where possible and that's what you want. If I ever sell again, definitely through Walton Real Estate.
