She reacted very enthusiastically and could even join the viewing. It was lovely to have her there, as I had never bought a house before. Monique guides you through the entire process and gives you daily tips and todo's via the app. I am sure that we would not have 'won' the bid without her and wouldn't have our dream home which we now do. 02 Apr 2025Houtman & De Vogel. I had them highly rated as a real estate agent, but they really completely missed the mark. Making an April Fool's joke by offering a characteristic property for sale in Boskoop. Interested parties received an email back stating that it was an April Fool's joke. Knowing how tense the housing market is, especially among young people, this is a truly hopeless joke. In my opinion, the employees didn't think things through well before doing this. Giving people hope in this way I find very bad. I secretly hope it costs them customers. Very very bad Houtman @ De Vogel.

Now we received a house through inheritance and because there was a desire to possibly renovate and rent it out, we contacted Ferenc again. From the very first conversation, the contact was very pleasant; they really thought along with us about the possibilities and impossibilities of the property. When the decision was ultimately made to sell the house, Ferenc and Marloes truly took everything out of our hands. Frequent and clear communication occurred via Whatsapp regarding viewings and appointments. Whenever something needed to be done, Ferenc's response was almost always: 'Don't worry, I'll take care of it!'. Therefore, I can wholeheartedly recommend Obèr Real Estate because of their expert knowledge but also the warm personal contact.
