Date unknownThey deter potential buyers (us) because there were enough applications for a house, and they allegedly didn't receive our request to schedule a viewing the day after the house appeared on funda. When does an email not arrive anymore? Tried again a week later and then we ended up on the reserve list. Surely you don't want that as a selling party, keeping possible buyers away? Besides being more expensive than Van Herk, this kind of practice prevents us from having our property sold through this real estate agent. edit: following reaction: YES, I was FINALLY approached because a reserve spot became available. After-dinner mustard considering we were actually very quick to apply. But the seller AND the realtor must both understand that if the house is located near a busy road, as a potential buyer of a property worth more than 800,000 euros, you would like to stand in the garden behind the house during rush hour, and not only at a time deliberately outside of it. In addition, this timeslot was over 2 days after the call, and you really need to be able to make that happen.

I wanted a fairly quick transfer and he arranged that too under the motto 'you are my client, I'll take care of it'. Sellers knew that there were construction plans next to our house, but Dupree Makelaars failed to disclose that. Realtor Dupree refuses a solution and doesn't respond. Untrustworthy and customer-unfriendly company.

No response so far. I really don't know what to think of this! Update: After the phone call. Probably a problem with the functionality of their website, so no response. I have received all information, including several bids. Everything with a high service level. We will stay in contact, so I can wholeheartedly recommend their real estate agency.
