07 Nov 2024ze houden potentiële kopers af (wij) omdat er voldoende aanmeldingen waren voor een woning, en ze ons verzoek om bezichtiging in te plannen zogenaamd niet hadden binnengekregen de dag nadat het huis op funda kwam. Wanneer komt een email in deze tijd niet meer aan? Een week later nogmaals geprobeerd en toen kwamen we op de reservelijst. Dit moet je toch ook niet willen als verkopende partij dat mogelijke kopers afgehouden worden? Buiten dat ze duurder zijn dan Van Herk houden dit soort praktijken ons tegen om onze woning bij deze makelaar in de verkoop te zetten. edit: nav reactie: JA, ik ben UITEINDELIJK benaderd omdat er een reserveplek vrij kwam. Mosterd na de maaltijd gezien wij er juist erg vlug bij waren. Maar verkoper EN makelaar moeten beide begrijpen dat als de woning naast een drukke weg ligt je als mogelijke koper van een woning van meer dan 8 ton graag even in de tuin zou willen staan achter de woning tijdens spitstijd, en niet enkel op een tijdstip bewust daarbuiten. Daarnaast was deze timeslot over 2 dagen na het belletje en dan moet je wel even toevallig kunnen.

Geachte heer Hollemans, Het is jammer dat u dit zo ervaart. Gezien de druk op de woningmarkt moeten ook wij organisatorisch keuzes maken en dit wordt besproken met onze opdrachtgevers. Dat betekent inderdaad dat er een reservelijst ontstaat bij een overdaad aan belangstelling. Helaas lees ik niet in uw review dat wij u in tweede instantie wel benaderd bent door ons met een beschikbaar gekomen reserveplaats. En gelukkig heeft ieder bedrijf zijn eigen kwaliteiten, werkwijze en resultaten en kunnen we in een vrije markt onze eigen tarieven bepalen. KE

Ik kreeg snel antwoord op mijn vragen en gedegen advies over allerlei onderwerpen omtrent de verkoop van mijn huis. Ze maken goed gebruik van het move systeem waardoor je snel en overzichtelijk alle documenten kan aanleveren en vragen kan stellen. Het is toch altijd een spannend proces, de verkoop van je huis, maar van Egmond makelaardij heeft het voor mij heel soepel laten verlopen.

Het was onder voorbehoud verkocht op voorwaarde van het regelen van het energielabel die er niet is en het kadaster dat niet klopt. En dan is er niets meer. Vreemde werkwijze en daarom geen vertrouwen in deze makelaar.

Robert Soffree heeft zijn huiswerk al gedaan voordat hij één stap bij je binnen zet en over de communicatie is ook geen negatief woord te bedenken. Hierdoor verloopt het verkoopproces in deze toch al zo hectische woningmarkt een stuk aangenamer.
