15 Aug 2025The estimated value was far too high. House was only sold after 9 months for 10% below the appraised value. The real estate agent was not proactive. I had agreed to be present during the open house, but the agent failed to publicize this, costing me 8 hours and 400 kilometers for nothing. For updates, I always had to be the one who had to call. Agreed appointments were not kept. Ultimately, after involving management, things got better.

This places their own interest above the client's interest. Unfortunately, I can only advise looking further in the region, there are plenty of good alternative brokers, I think. We would have liked it to be different.

I wanted a fairly quick transfer and he arranged that too under the motto 'you are my client, I'll take care of it'. Sellers knew that there were construction plans next to our house, but Dupree Makelaars failed to disclose that. Realtor Dupree refuses a solution and doesn't respond. Untrustworthy and customer-unfriendly company.
