De geboden service met de vette courtage rijmt niet met elkaar. Helaas hebben wij een zeer negatieve ervaring gehad met deze makelaar. Tijdens het verkoopproces zijn wij meerdere keren niet of veel te laat op de hoogte gesteld van belangrijke ontwikkelingen. Hierdoor voelden wij ons slecht geïnformeerd en niet serieus genomen. Daarnaast werden afspraken regelmatig niet nagekomen en moesten wij zelf voortdurend achter informatie aan. De communicatie was traag, onduidelijk en vaak onvolledig, wat voor veel frustratie heeft gezorgd. Bij zo’n belangrijke stap verwacht je professionaliteit, betrokkenheid en transparantie. Helaas hebben wij dit in dit geval totaal gemist. Op basis van onze ervaring zouden wij deze makelaar Van Herk Makelaars dan ook niet aanbevelen.

Nellie en haar collega's hebben ons prima geholpen met de verkoop van ons huis en met een top resultaat is het huis al na 2 weken verkocht. The estimated value was far too high. House was only sold after 9 months for 10% below the appraised value. The real estate agent was not proactive. I had agreed to be present during the open house, but the agent failed to publicize this, costing me 8 hours and 400 kilometers for nothing. For updates, I always had to be the one who had to call. Agreed appointments were not kept. Ultimately, after involving management, things got better.

Rented a house through van Herk for over 1.5 years, and my impression is that there is very little knowledge and effort surrounding the renting of houses. Examples: 1. Renting out a house that is not allowed to be rented according to mortgage conditions. 2. Disinformation when placing advertisements about fixed or temporary rent. 3. Not posting new photos of a renovated house but using old photos from before the renovation. 4. Upon handing over a house, not even walking around the house but just signing and leaving. My dissatisfaction has been expressed once to the real estate agent in question, nothing was done about it here either. Hence a 1-star rating.
