Totally unreliable in my opinion. This man casually charges 695 for purchase guidance for 3 hours of work. The service provided me with absolutely no added value. I didn't get the impression that my interests were properly represented. Richard forgot my first name, didn't remember my email and home address anymore. Feeling of disinterest.
