Even when I went against his advice, he continued to think along and cooperated smoothly. He is creative, solution-oriented, and really thinks with you. Despite the enormous pressure on the housing market, I never felt like a number with Van Rhijn Makelaars. They were involved, fast, and always accessible. My house was ultimately sold well, and I was completely relieved of responsibility throughout the process. 17 Dec 2024Bad experience with a nasty aftertaste. Does not honor agreements, is careless and unreasonable. Agreements made in move account were not kept. Incorrect data published in both the move account and the funda advertisement. When inquiring with the broker about this, he reacted defensively and extremely unreasonably. And washing hands of innocence. As a result, we have been misled and had to incur high extra costs. Afterwards, when asking around, other people shared a similar experience. Our advice would be not to enter into business with this real estate agent.

No response so far. I really don't know what to think of this! Update: After the phone call. Probably a problem with the functionality of their website, so no response. Remmie has years of experience as a real estate agent and appraiser in the local housing market of Utrecht. Not a slick, quick young man, but an involved real estate agent with a positive factor. When it initially didn't go smoothly, Remmie helped keep his head cool. With some patience, and some strategic adjustments to how the property was put on the market, it was still sold quite quickly and for a good amount. Thanks to his good advice and guidance, I have more than earned back the costs of his services. If I ever needed a real estate agent again in the Utrecht region, I would call Remmie.

14 Aug 2025Unfortunately, I cannot give less than 1 star. My father finally found the property he wanted. He was there right away, as we were one of the first to call and would be called back as soon as more info was available because it is a new construction project. Several weeks later, I called myself to find out what the status was. Answer: yes, everything has already been sold! HOW!? He was one of the first to call and Witte / Brugge Makelaars were supposed to call him back! Now he can say goodbye to the apartment he waited years for to come up for sale because Witte Makelaars treats their 'customers' like this. Truly not even worthy of 1 star!

24 Aug 2025Look: selling (ver-) a house and that mortgage business is just a hassle. But we have now sold our house for the second time through Leuk! Makelaars and arranged our mortgage through them — and again we are very satisfied! You are really taken care of, the service is complete: from sales to mortgage advice, everything is professionally and personally guided and the people are nice too. When selling our house, a whole team was ready to help – from specialized stylists to professional photographers. They really know how to show your home in its best light on the market. In addition, they create a beautiful brochure in the form of a lifestyle magazine, which makes your house really stand out. The mortgage advice was also excellent: clear explanation, practical advice and always willing to think along with possibilities. What we particularly appreciated was that they were always easily accessible for a chat, to clarify matters or to think along where necessary. Furthermore very handy: they can also help you with your tax return! Both the real estate agents and the mortgage advisors communicate pleasantly, are easy to reach and work quickly. In short: an involved and reliable party that we wholeheartedly recommend!

14 Aug 2025My thanks to Peter Weitgraven for everything he and the rental team from Leuk! real estate agents have done in recent weeks. I am incredibly happy with my little apartment in Leerdam. Pain in my whole body from carrying and climbing stairs, but it was more than worth it! I want to give Peter and the entire rental team a big compliment. The contact and the way they handle things is very pleasant and human. Everything went very quickly after all, and the realization that I finally have my own place again is only now sinking in. Yes, I am a big guy, but I did shed a tear of happiness. Thanks again, compliments, a deep, deep bow. I can recommend Leuk! real estate agents to anyone looking for an agent regardless of whether it's for rent or purchase. Pleasant, honest, businesslike in a friendly personal way.

Date unknownVery well assisted by this real estate agent. We came into contact with their agent through a new construction project. There we had a good conversation with a nice cup of coffee. Through them, we also came into contact with their mortgage advisor. This person also arranged everything perfectly for us. Furthermore, we are going to sell our current home through them. They really try everything to help you as well as possible to present your home in the best possible way. A real recommendation this office.
