09 May 2025Francis, Cilesta en de rest van het Nolten team hebben ons echt voortreffelijk geholpen, zowel als aankoopmakelaar en als verkoopmakelaar. Wat ons betreft een makelaarskantoor met het hart op de goede plaats. Geen gladde praatjes maar een eerlijk verhaal. Bij de aankoop van ons droomhuis heeft Francis een hoop zorgen en onrust bij ons weggenomen. In ons geval hadden wij het huis zelf al op het oog, maar vanwege de goede klik in het beginnende stadium van verkoop hebben wij Francis ook voor de aankoop ingeschakeld. Daar hebben we geen spijt van gekregen. Heel fijn samenwerken, en na een goede voorbereiding zijn we vol vertrouwen gaan bieden. Met succes! Francis is kundig, oprecht, respectvol naar anderen en heeft een lekker portie humor. Bij de daarop volgende verkoop van ons oude huis kwam ook de rest van het Nolten team in beeld. Hierbij hadden we veel met Cilesta te maken. Zij heeft ook een hoop rust gebracht, kwam met goede adviezen, regelde alles tot in de puntjes, dat was echt fijn samenwerken. De mooie foto-, video- en 360 gradenpresentatie van het huis werd verzorgd door Yaron. We hebben snel en met succes ons huis verkocht. Enig nadeel wat ik kan verzinnen is dat hun persoonlijke aandacht door het kleine team verdeeld moet worden over meerdere klanten. Ze zijn altijd druk. Dat vergt soms wat geduld in de communicatie. Maar ondanks dat zouden we zo weer voor Nolten kiezen. Kortom: aanrader wat ons betreft!
