The market is very uncertain and volatile as a starter and André's guidance in this regard is very good; he was involved, easily accessible, and also came up with the perfect assessment for the bid we had to make on the house we wanted. He indicated that with that bid we probably wouldn't be the highest bidders, but due to the other conditions, such as clearing out the house, the profile as starters etc., it might well be possible. We went along with this strategy, and it got us the house. What is also very nice is that you get the honest story; André is clear, straightforward, everything is negotiable. In short, top realtor, recommended!

Questions like: which real estate agent do I take, do I renovate anything before the sale, how will bidding and viewings go etc.? The first question is quickly answered, Carolien is the best real estate agent you could wish for. She takes you by the hand through the entire sales process. Nothing is too much for her, she adheres to the agreements made and her enthusiasm is fantastic! Besides being incredibly knowledgeable, enthusiastic, reliable and solution-oriented, she is also literally of added value! Where others might quickly indicate that no more viewers can come due to excessive interest, Carolien simply lets everyone come and look who wants to. This has literally yielded us more value! You can let go of the entire process and confidently entrust it to Carolien. Where do you find someone like that these days? Carolien, you are a top performer!
