What a terrible realtor! You can't give 0 stars, so that's why I gave 1 star. No pleasant contact, the realtor was difficult to reach, during the viewing there was no possibility to view all rooms (the realtor doesn't have a key), viewing by appointment but at the same time there are other people in the house for the viewing, no possibility from the realtor for a second viewing. My husband ultimately managed to arrange to see the house after already signing the contract via the owner (who no longer lived there). ABSURD!! This is the realtor's job! And should definitely offer this possibility. The information given during the viewing was incorrect, after confronting the realtor about it they said 'that was a long time ago' and then stated 'I would never say that' and 'we didn't discuss that'. And nobody records the viewing so how are you going to prove it.. I would definitely advise against this realtor! If everything goes well, it will probably be fine, but if something goes wrong, you’re certainly in trouble and you absolutely shouldn't expect any help from the realtor (Edo). A very unpleasant and annoying experience that led to a lot of stress and misery!

During the viewing, lies are told about some things that are not right in the property, then they become unreachable for comments. As a buyer definitely avoid!
