Unfortunately, the communication from this office is frankly poor. The real estate agents are constantly late for viewings and have no understanding of what they are selling. Tip: keep looking and team up with a realtor who does know their trade.

I dealt with Tim Huibrechtse this year. Not as a client, but as a buyer where Tim was the sales broker for the other party. Despite the fact that I am not a client, I am very satisfied with Tim. He respected my wishes and choices, which were sometimes unexpected, and collaborated with me. Furthermore, I also received advice regarding a notary etc. Thank you Tim, and the colleagues at Zoomer office.

This was the real estate agent of a property I bought. During the viewing of the property, the seller was present which certainly wasn't the intention. Very shortly before the transfer at the notary’s office, the real estate agent called me to inform me that the property would not be handed over empty. The seller had therefore not properly arranged the move. This would take place a few days later. A postponement was possible, but would mean that I myself would have no roof over my head and a lot of hassle. Therefore agreed to the key transfer 5 days later. It was still agreed to have the inspection of the property carried out just before the transfer. On the way there, I received an email from the real estate agent stating that movers might be starting work after all. This turned out to be the case. An inspection was carried out on the property. The movers indicated that they would be busy for approximately another 2 hours. The real estate agent made an appointment that after visiting the notary he would call me when the property was empty and the key transfer would take place. The documents at the notary were signed and then back to the property. However, no phone call, but again an email stating that there would be no key transfer. I had to arrange this myself by telephone with the seller. During the key transfer the next day, it turned out that a piece of inventory was missing. Then called the real estate agent. I should handle it myself with the seller. I confronted the real estate agent about this, but it yielded nothing. It’s a pity that agreements are not kept, despite my flexibility. This does not demonstrate the right attitude and professionalism.

Terrible realtor and staff. They rescheduled an appointment three times for a viewing of a property I was very interested in. After three weeks, you get called with a 'nice' message that they sold the property while I had a viewing scheduled in three days. That is not how you make appointments. They don't care at all that you get angry. Next one for them. I was supposed to be called today by the owner for an explanation regarding the situation but he hasn't said anything. An unprofessional handling, even failing to honor that appointment. Even if they didn't charge realtor fees, I wouldn't come here.
