Not a 'buy without looking' type of house. Atmospheric, authentic elements, nice neighborhood. Jay has helped me tremendously. The house was sold 'subject to contract' within 3 weeks. Despite the somewhat longer process, due to a 'sale of own property subject to contract' clause being included by the buyer. As much information and clarity as possible were provided.
