25 Aug 2024Remans Vastgoed is among other things active in the management of various VVE associations. After a storm and a slamming door, 1 of our keys was bent. Unfortunately, there was only one thing to do: order a new key. Because it concerned a key with a certificate, the key order went through Remans. It's almost remarkable how long they took for this. On May 10, 2023, we contacted them by email and ordered the relevant key. Meanwhile, as of the moment of writing (June 18, 2023), the key is reportedly 'on its way to us', but still not in our possession. Every time we made telephone contact, the key was 'on order with Hubo'. We have a great deal of understanding for external factors that can delay the process. However, needing almost 1.5 months to have a key re-made via the hardware store is sheer incompetence. Due to the rampant incompetence at Remans, we had to rotate with 1 house key for 1.5 months. It's an understatement to say that we are not particularly impressed with this company in the meantime. There is no service here whatsoever. Now let's hope we actually get to receive the key soon! For those interested: we eventually received a key when we were about to move out. I will now briefly jump into the response from Remans Vastgoedbeheer. It is truly unacceptable how often contact has been made on behalf of Remans with us regarding removing/adjusting the review. In the response from Remans, it is mentioned that there is a necessary certificate. Of course we were aware of the certificate, which is why we also contacted Remans. Furthermore, Remans was also aware of the fact that we as tenants did not have a spare key in our possession. Moreover, the above review is entirely based on feedback from Remans themselves. Any 'inaccuracies' in this review are a direct consequence of the information provided by Remans themselves. Conclusion: the problem lies with the service and the form of communication, not with the consumer. I would greatly appreciate it if the obsessive urge to change the above review finally stops. A mistake is a mistake, take responsibility.

A certificate key is not obtained from a hardware store but must come from the manufacturer, in your case from Germany, which can sometimes take a while. We have contacted you several times, despite this you remain dissatisfied without us having any control over it, which we regret. Our advice: always keep a reserve key on hand yourself, so you are not dependent on third parties.

As far as we are concerned, a real estate agency with a heart in the right place. No smooth talk but an honest story. When buying our dream house, Francis removed a lot of worries and unrest from us. In our case, we already had the house in mind ourselves, but because of the good connection at the beginning stage of selling, we also enlisted Francis for the purchase. We have not regretted that. Very pleasant collaboration, and after good preparation, we bid with confidence. Successfully! Francis is skilled, sincere, respectful to others and has a nice dose of humor. In the subsequent sale of our old house, the rest of the Nolten team came into the picture. Here we had a lot to do with Cilesta. She also brought a lot of peace, came up with good advice, arranged everything down to the last detail, that was really pleasant collaboration. The beautiful photo, video and 360-degree presentation of the house was taken care of by Yaron. We sold our house quickly and successfully. The only disadvantage I can think of is that their personal attention has to be divided among multiple clients due to the small team. They are always busy. That sometimes requires a little patience in communication. But despite that, we would choose Nolten again without hesitation. In short: recommended as far as we are concerned!

I did speak with other real estate agents but still went with my initial feeling and I am happy that I did. No nonsense type, helpful and immediately trustworthy. Since I don't (live) near anymore and it was also emotionally very difficult for me, they took on the entire process as much as possible so that I didn’t have to worry about it. All communication has been smooth and very pleasant. Thanks to all their expertise and commitment, the house was sold very quickly.
