03 Sep 2024Remans Vastgoed is onder andere actief in het beheer van verschillende VVE-verenigingen. Na een storm en een klapperende deur is 1 van onze sleutels omgebogen. Jammer genoeg zat er maar 1 ding op, een nieuwe sleutel bestellen. Omdat het een sleutel met een certificaat betreft liep de bestelling van de sleutel via Remans. Het is bijna knap hoe lang zij hierover hebben gedaan. Op 10 mei 2023 hebben wij per mail contact opgenomen en de betreffende sleutel besteld. Ondertussen op het moment van schrijven (18 juni 2023) is de sleutel naar verluid "naar ons onderweg", maar dus nog steeds niet in ons bezit. Steeds als wij telefonisch contact opnamen was de sleutel "in bestelling bij de Hubo". Wij hebben best begrip voor externe factoren die het proces kunnen vertragen. Echter, bijna 1.5 maand nodig hebben om een sleutel bij te laten maken via de bouwmarkt is je reinste onkunde. Door de welig tierende onkunde bij Remans hebben wij dus 1,5 maand lang moeten rouleren met 1 huissleutel. Het is dan ook een understatement om te stellen dat wij ondertussen niet bepaald onder de indruk zijn van dit bedrijf. Hier is op geen enkel vlak sprake van dienstverlening. Nu maar hopen dat wij de sleutel binnenkort daadwerkelijk mogen ontvangen! Voor de geïnteresseerden: uiteindelijk hebben wij een sleutel ontvangen toen wij op het punt stonden reeds te verhuizen. Ik zal hier gelijk even inhaken op de reactie van Remans Vastgoedbeheer. Het is werkelijk onacceptabel hoe vaak er namens Remans contact is opgenomen met ons over het verwijderen/aanpassen van de review. In de reactie van Remans wordt gesproken over het benodigde certificaat. Uiteraard waren wij ons bewust van het certificaat, daarom hebben wij ook contact opgenomen met Remans. Daarnaast was Remans ook op de hoogte van het feit dat wij geen reservesleutel in ons bezit hadden als huurders. Daarnaast is bovenstaande recensie volledig gebaseerd op de terugkoppeling van Remans zelf. Eventuele "onjuistheden" in deze recensie zijn een direct gevolg van de informatie welke is verstrekt door Remans zelf. Conclusie: het probleem zit in de dienstverlening en de vorm van communicatie, niet bij de consument. Ik zou het zeer waarderen als de obsessieve drang tot het wijzigen van bovenstaande recensie nu eindelijk eens stopt. Fout is fout, neem de verantwoordelijkheid.

Een certificaat sleutel haal je niet bij de bouwmarkt maar moeten bij de fabrikant vandaan komen, in uw geval uit Duitsland, dat duurt soms echt even. Wij hebben diverse keren contact met u gehad, desondanks blijft u ontevreden zonder dat wij hier grip op hebben, dat betreuren wij. Ons advies, houdt altijd zelf een reservesleutel op voorraad, dan bent u niet afhankelijk van derden.
