Ons leven stond ineens op zijn kop. We waren op zoek naar een appartement en plotseling kwam Hans Lamper op ons pad die een prachtig appartement in de verkoop had. En dan gaat het snel en ga je je ineens op een vrij onbekend terrein begeven waarop je zomaar kan verdwalen. Maar.... niet aan de hand van het team van Hans Lamper, Arco en Mirthe. !!! Stap voor stap namen zij ons mee in het proces van aankoop van de nieuwe woning en de verkoop van onze nog huidige woning. Ik ben ontzettend tevreden over de verkoop van mijn huis en het mooie resultaat dat is behaald. Het hele proces is soepel en professioneel verlopen. Contact met het team van de makelaar verliep zeer goed, snel duidelijk en accuraat. Iets langer geduurd dan verwacht maar wellicht te maken met de periode van het jaar. Verder tevreden over de werkzaamheden , snelheid en afhandeling

Het gehele traject verliep smooth, communicatie en begeleiding waren prima in orde. Wij zijn blij met deze makelaar die met zijn goede kennis van de markt ons huis snel heeft verkocht.

IIn het verkoopproces zijn vervolgens een aantal punten misgelopen. Bij de waardebepaling hebben we duidelijk aangegeven dat de boiler gehuurd is en dat er dus een huurcontract bestaat. Tijdens de eerste verkoop is dit simpelweg niet in het koopcontract gezet, waardoor wij er zelf achteraan moesten. Bij de tweede verkoop kwam de benodigheid van een huurcontract pas laat in het proces weer ter sprake. Dit soort last-minute verrassingen hadden makkelijk voorkomen kunnen worden. Op…

Wat een fijne en deskundige makelaar, de woning binnen 1 maand verkocht voor een top prijs! Robert is fijn en meelevend mens wat ons zeer aansprak! Het is toch best moeilijk om de woning te moeten verkopen waar je ouders 20 jaar hebben gewoond, maar we zijn zeer liefdevol en deskundig geholpen waardoor alles toch een stukje makkelijker werd!

Alles verliep goed en de begeleiding ter plaatse was goed. Ik vond het jammer dat nieuwe aan het dossier toegevoegde data niet direct via mail werd aangereikt. Je kreeg keurig bericht, maar moest dan vervolgens zelf inloggen om de nieuwe data te lezen
