This shows that not all brokers are open to working with foreigners. It is recommended to find a broker who values diversity and offers professional guidance.

De eerste voorbereiding om het huis te presenteren waren deskundige gesprekken met veel waardevolle en getailleerde tips en hints wat voor geïnteresseerde mensen belangrijk is. Voor controversiële onderwerpen werden steeds diplomatieke oplossingen gevonden waar ik tevreden over was. De uitleg van alle gemaakte documenten was uitstekend. Uiteindelijk was het voor mij een grote verrassing hoe snel onze boerderij met wederzijdse (verkoper/koper) overeenkomst lukte. Hier moet ik wel zeggen, dankzij de fantastische begeleiding van de makelaardij. Alleen maar aan te bevelen!
