Important criteria here are the fast and adequate communication, both with realtor Mark Bikker and the photographer (with a very beautiful result) as well as at the office. Good transparent agreements about all steps in the process where the seller is invited and taken along in the decisions to be made. Definitely recommended.

The initial preparation to present the house involved expert discussions with many valuable and tailored tips and hints as to what is important for interested people. For controversial topics, diplomatic solutions were always found, which I was satisfied with. The explanation of all documents made was excellent. Ultimately, it was a great surprise to me how quickly our farm succeeded with mutual (seller/buyer) agreement. Here I must say, thanks to the fantastic guidance from the real estate agency. Highly recommended!

01 Aug 2025We have had the opportunity to view two houses coincidentally both times with the same real estate agent, Manon van Baalen. We knew that just like us many others are looking for a starter home, but more effort could be put into selling the houses. The rooms were shown, no extra information was given and if we had a question it could be found in the brochure or was answered very briefly. Ridiculous! If you experience this once you might think that person is having a bad day, but after two viewings it was clear. Totally no pleasant atmosphere. It's only because the houses looked good that we made an offer, but if I had gone by the real estate agent I would have quickly left.

At van de Werff real estate agents, they really take the time for you and tell you a lot on their own. And especially from the buyer’s perspective. Very nice! After the tour, I was asked if I wanted to see anything again. Half an hour was set aside for the viewing. And there's an extra drop-in session scheduled. I immediately said: what a luxury! And I received a voucher for a bottle of wine. Really fantastic!
