We have never encountered a real estate agent like Gerald. His enthusiasm and personal approach were truly special. Instead of simply letting us “look around,” as we were used to with previous agents, Gerald showed us around as if it were his own home. He took the time to make us feel comfortable, which we really appreciated. It felt as though he was genuinely involved and not just completing a viewing. Unfortunately, the location of this property wasn’t what my wife wanted, but Gerald gave us a great tip to register on a website. That has given us new energy in our search for a house. The initial preparation to present the house involved expert discussions with many valuable and tailored tips and hints as to what is important for interested people. For controversial topics, diplomatic solutions were always found, which I was satisfied with. The explanation of all documents made was excellent. Ultimately, it was a great surprise to me how quickly our farm succeeded with mutual (seller/buyer) agreement. Here I must say, thanks to the fantastic guidance from the real estate agency. At van de Werff real estate agents, they really take the time for you and tell you a lot on their own. And especially from the buyer’s perspective. Very nice! After the tour, I was asked if I wanted to see anything again. Half an hour was set aside for the viewing. And there's an extra drop-in session scheduled. I immediately said: what a luxury! And I received a voucher for a bottle of wine. Really fantastic!

25 Apr 2025I am a landlord of a property in Culemborg and engaged Pim to mediate. Although our initial contact was good, with a fine contract, a second tenant became an issue. Despite the contracts being drawn up by the real estate agent, they withdrew when there was uncertainty about the contract. Even after I gave them the option to still mediate, they chose not to execute the contract.

We even tried our best to have it all arranged before the end of the year, which gave us only 3 weeks to achieve the goal. But... successfully! We had a lot of contact by app / mail and phone. We regret you feel this way afterwards, unfortunately we didn't know before, so we didn't...
