08 Apr 2025Unskilled, unprofessional, and untransparent realtor. 1 star is still too much for this party. The day before yesterday, we had a very unpleasant experience with Eva Hoek, realtor at van Ekeren and Kuiper Culemborg. At 3:47 PM, we submitted an offer, and the bidding was to close at 4:00 PM. At 4:11 PM, I was called to say that we had the winning bid and that the house was ours. An hour later, I was called again with the message that someone else had still managed to submit another, higher bid precisely at 4:00 PM, with the offer coming in via email and through a different email address. Quite a very strange coincidence indeed. Incidentally, it is also odd that as a realtor you don't properly check your mailbox at 4:00 PM and before making people happy who have been searching for a home to buy for half a year. In short: be warned about this kind of practice because your highest bid is now worth nothing with the closing time of the bids.

She has once again managed to successfully sell a beautiful two-under-one-roof house in Houten-Oost. What truly sets her apart for us is the fact that she made everything as easy as possible for us. She is clear and friendly in her communication and relieved us of so many things, often taking initiative. Even when our administrative paperwork didn't go smoothly, she helped us get it done anyway. Denise is a real estate agent who truly thinks along with her clients and is incredibly flexible and extremely patient! In addition, she was very understanding of our situation and managed to facilitate this process for us in various ways. Despite the emotional burden, we can sell the house with peace of mind to very nice and respectful buyers. Which was really a plus for us. Here too, Denise listened and respected our wish. All in all, we can only conclude that Denise truly does this work with love, which is clearly reflected in the numbers. 09 Apr 2025I am a landlord of a property in Culemborg and engaged Pim to mediate. Although our initial contact was good, with a fine contract, a second tenant became an issue. Despite the contracts being drawn up by the real estate agent, they withdrew when there was uncertainty about the contract. Even after I gave them the option to still mediate, they chose not to execute the contract.

17 Sep 2025Mijn woning in het hogere segment in Hoef en Haag heb ik via Beumer Nieuwegein in de verkoop gezet, maar dat bleek een grote vergissing. De woning werd aanvankelijk veel te hoog geprijsd. Ik hrb toen zelf aangegeven dat de prijs om allerlei redenen lager moest. Enn aantal maamden later werd door Beumer voorgesteld om de vraagprijs zelfs met meer dan een ton (!) naar beneden bij te stellen vanwege “marktomstandigheden”. Aan het begin werd mij verzekerd dat er veel bezichtigingen zouden volgen, maar dat bleek totaal niet het geval. Een aangevraagde bezichtiging kon pas na twee weken plaatsvinden omdat de makelaar op vakantie was. De secretaresse stelde voor dit eventueel zelf te doen. Voor een woning in dit segment vind ik dat volstrekt onprofessioneel. De presentatie zat ook vol fouten: o.a. een sticker van een andere makelaar zichtbaar op de foto’s, slordigheden in de verkooptekst. Berichten van geïnteresseerden werden niet of veel te laat doorgegeven. Bovendien moest elk contact steeds vanuit mijn kant komen. Ondanks dat ik meerdere keren heb aangegeven dat zaken beter moesten (en zelfs een gesprek daarover heb gehad) kwam er totaal geen verbetering. Het hele traject is vanaf het begin mooier voorgesteld dan het in werkelijkheid was. Ik heb daarom de samenwerking beëindigd. Voor een woning in dit prijssegment verwacht je deskundig advies, transparante communicatie en een professionele aanpak. Dat heb ik bij Beumer Nieuwegein helaas niet ervaren. Ik kan dit kantoor dan ook niet aanbevelen.

Het was vooral stressvol om van niks wetend over een huis kopen, naar een huis kopen te gaan. Ze hebben me wel veel geholpen waarbij soms de structuur van wat er moest gebeuren overzichtelijker kon, dit hoorde ik telkens beetje bij beetje ("oh en dit moet ook nog gebeuren"). Over het algemeen heb ik er vertrouwen in, maar ik kon niet nagaan of ik ergens te veel heb betaal…
