24 Apr 2025Unskilled, unprofessional, and untransparent realtor. 1 star is still too much for this party. The day before yesterday, we had a very unpleasant experience with Eva Hoek, realtor at van Ekeren and Kuiper Culemborg. At 3:47 PM, we submitted an offer, and the bidding was to close at 4:00 PM. At 4:11 PM, I was called to say that we had the winning bid and that the house was ours. An hour later, I was called again with the message that someone else had still managed to submit another, higher bid precisely at 4:00 PM, with the offer coming in via email and through a different email address. Quite a very strange coincidence indeed. Incidentally, it is also odd that as a realtor you don't properly check your mailbox at 4:00 PM and before making people happy who have been searching for a home to buy for half a year. In short: be warned about this kind of practice because your highest bid is now worth nothing with the closing time of the bids.

She has once again managed to successfully sell a beautiful two-under-one-roof house in Houten-Oost. What truly sets her apart for us is the fact that she made everything as easy as possible for us. She is clear and friendly in her communication and relieved us of so many things, often taking initiative. Even when our administrative paperwork didn't go smoothly, she helped us get it done anyway. Denise is a real estate agent who truly thinks along with her clients and is incredibly flexible and extremely patient! In addition, she was very understanding of our situation and managed to facilitate this process for us in various ways. Despite the emotional burden, we can sell the house with peace of mind to very nice and respectful buyers. Which was really a plus for us. Here too, Denise listened and respected our wish. 25 Apr 2025I am a landlord of a property in Culemborg and engaged Pim to mediate. Although our initial contact was good, with a fine contract, a second tenant became an issue. Despite the contracts being drawn up by the real estate agent, they withdrew when there was uncertainty about the contract. Even after I gave them the option to still mediate, they chose not to execute the contract.

They were always available to answer any questions we had, and were very supportive and understanding! They went out of their way to keep our stress low. Marian gave us really good advice on the presentation of the apartment both for the photographs and also for the viewings. To top it all, we got a very good price for our apartment!
