Date unknownI have never before left a review for a real estate agent. I do want to state that as a potential buyer, I haven't encountered such an impolite and uninterested realtor as this one. During a viewing, I received a short introduction, after which the lady simply started working noisily on the phone in the kitchen and the customer was left to figure things out themselves. When asking questions, I was bluntly referred to documents that I had already received by email. You go for the house, not for the realtor, but it doesn't have to be such an unpleasant experience. Supplement after Flora’s reaction, weeks later: Dear Flora, thank you for your response. I would indeed be interested in a substantive discussion about my experience. I am curious what the purpose of this “conversation” would be: I don’t get the impression from your defensive and “if you dare” reply that it will be very constructive. I understand that a negative review on Google is not pleasant, but I have simply told my experience truthfully in as polite a way as possible. A professional response from you would be to ask what the reason is for such a review. Then you would indeed offer a conversation without a hostile “if you dare” and then I would definitely participate.

From the first moment on, we as a family had full confidence in this office and that proved to be justified. In an overpriced market, Jan is able to accurately assess the property's value, which has allowed us to be very close to the highest bid on several occasions. The real estate agent turned out to be unable to sell our house. Eventually switched to Entree Realtors. Unlike the previous realtor, Jan really put in effort to sell the house. Within a week it was settled. There were even multiple interested parties. Coincidence, we don’t think so. Jan was enthusiastic about our house and we believe that this partly contributed to the fact that our house sold quickly with this realtor. Jan and Susan, thank you for everything.

She has once again managed to successfully sell a beautiful two-under-one-roof house in Houten-Oost. What truly sets her apart for us is the fact that she made everything as easy as possible for us. She is clear and friendly in her communication and relieved us of so many things, often taking initiative. Even when our administrative paperwork didn't go smoothly, she helped us get it done anyway. Denise is a real estate agent who truly thinks along with her clients and is incredibly flexible and extremely patient! In addition, she was very understanding of our situation and managed to facilitate this process for us in various ways. There, she conveyed all the information well and her friendly and persuasive personality appealed to me very much. Within a day, Brigitte already came by and two days later my apartment was already on funda with beautiful photos and a video. Viewings could be scheduled quickly. The end result? The property was sold within 1.5 weeks after being listed on funda for an amount I wouldn't have dared to hope for. I want to recommend Brigitte with 5 stars, she is truly a breath of fresh air, communicates super clearly and quickly, and you can feel that she really wants to work for you and the sale of your house. From the start, we had good contact with Ard and his colleagues regarding the asking price, texts, brochure etc. They appreciated all the work we put into the house. The photographer also beautifully captured our home and took the time to do so. There was a lot of interest in our property. Visie took plenty of time for the viewings and provided good feedback. We sold our house with a good feeling through Visie Real Estate Agency!
