I viewed a house today, had less than 10 minutes time to view it. Then I was sent away because the next person was coming. With the message: make an offer by tomorrow morning at 10 o'clock. How can you ever make an offer on a house in less than 24 hours time based on a viewing of just under 10 minutes? I think the real estate agent should have informed me about this beforehand. This feels like a waste of time to me. If I were to come across another property from this agent that I'm curious about, I would first ask how much time I get for the viewing and how much time I get to make an offer. That prevents me from taking time off work, going somewhere where afterwards I can't do anything with it. If I had known beforehand that the viewing would be so short and that I have to make an offer within 24 hours, I wouldn't have come along. A very strange experience.
