We have two young children and didn't want to be at home during the sale. From the first moment on, we as a family had full confidence in this office and that proved to be justified. The property had to be sold as a result of the owner's dementia and unfortunately passed away before the final transfer at the notary's office. Vlaming Real Estate handled this very respectfully, in addition to the aforementioned qualities. There is excellent internal collaboration where things are quickly processed and everyone within the team is always up-to-date on the latest developments.
