Sjoerd and Willeke were enormously helpful in viewing all the houses, providing tips and advice on making an offer. Throughout the entire search, they have been very empathetic and involved. They stood ready for us at all times, together with Timo and Matthijs, to answer our questions, however big or small! From the first moment on, we as a family had full confidence in this office and that proved to be justified. The property had to be sold as a result of the owner's dementia and unfortunately passed away before the final transfer at the notary's office. Their expertise certainly helps to separate the wheat from the chaff and also to determine which properties are worth an offer above or below the asking price. There is a lot of attention to detail that you wouldn't notice so quickly yourself. Searching is more difficult. If you yourself regularly check Funda for new houses in the region, you feel like you’re missing no house at all.
