Looking for a real estate agent to sell my apartment, I invited LinQ real estate agency. Rivka personally came to view the apartment, and I immediately had a good connection with Rivka. She was also clear and transparent about the fixed sales costs. And these are very competitive compared to other real estate agents, because I looked at them too, but they were rejected, too expensive, or the click wasn't there. The photos taken by the permanent photographer Anita, from the LinQ team, also looked beautiful. Because the current home was not yet ready, and I was looking for buyers who did not set fixed delivery dates, in consultation with Rivka, initially offer the apartment only through “silent sale”. Rivka found the right buyers within no time, who did not have requirements for delivery dates.
