I strongly advise against this company, especially for students. People from this company also offer rental housing for students. I was one of them. I lived in a house that was wrongly advertised as a student house. However, there were also non-students. Although there was a zero-tolerance policy for drugs in the house, these tenants were often under the influence. One of them was multiple times aggressive. I asked for help several times, but the company never took action. Furthermore, an agent told me before I signed the contract that there was a small renovation planned. It would be ready quickly and it was also promised that there would be a sink at the end, so I agreed to the renovation. Unfortunately, the renovation was not ready quickly but took months. During the works, the house was terribly dirty, constantly full of dust and one of the windows was broken, allowing cold air to come in. It had been promised that the extra heating costs caused by this would be reimbursed, but at the end of my rental period, the agent withdrew and acted as if he had forgotten. Several things in the house broke, such as a washing machine and a dryer. We also had a leak in the roof. The dryer was never repaired during my rental period, it took months. The same applied to the leak. We asked for a repair, especially because it happened in winter and the heating costs increased as the house could not retain heat. Again, we did not get help, and the roof was only repaired after weeks of begging for help. Finally, after I had moved out, I had difficulty getting my deposit back. I received it much too late. The agent told me that the reason the deposit had not been transferred was his sister's illness. I don't think this is a professional, but a legal explanation. My overall rental experience was terrible. I was ignored, the rules were not transparent. For example, I was told that I had to observe a three-month notice period, while the law says I can only withdraw one month. One of the agents also once threatened to withhold half my deposit due to heating costs. I would naturally pay all extra costs, but I never received the bills for electricity, heating, etc. during my rental period. I'm still just a student, this was my very first rental experience. I do not recommend the services of this company.

Great site, except the 'old offer' may be less.
