I strongly advise against this company, especially not to students. People from this company also offer rentals for students. I was one of them. I lived in the house that was incorrectly advertised as a student house. However, there were also non-students present. Even though there was a zero tolerance policy for drugs in the house, these tenants were often under the influence. One of them became repeatedly aggressive. I asked for help several times, but the company never took action. Furthermore, an officer told me, before the contract was signed, that some minor renovations are planned. It had to be quick and I was also promised a sink at the end, so I agreed to the renovation. Unfortunately, the renovation did not end quickly, but lasted for months. During the work, the house was terribly dirty, constantly filled with dust, and one of the windows broke, allowing cold air into the house. I was promised that the extra heating costs caused by this would be compensated, but at the end of my rental contract, the agent backed out and pretended he didn't remember it. Several things in the house broke down, such as a washing machine and a dryer. We also had a leak in the roof. The dryer was never repaired during my rental period; it took months. The same with the leak. We requested a repair, especially because it happened in winter and therefore increased heating costs because the house could not retain heat. Again, we did not receive support, and the roof could only be repaired after weeks and weeks of begging for help. Finally, after I moved out, I had difficulty receiving my deposit back. I received it well past the calculated date. The agent told me that the illness of the agent's sister was the reason why the deposit was not sent. I don’t think it is a professional or legal explanation. My overall rental experience was terrible. I was ignored, the rules were not transparent. For example, I was told that I had to give three months' notice to move out, even though the law states that I am only allowed to give one. There was also a time when one of the agents threatened to deduct half of my deposit due to heating costs. Any extra costs I would obviously pay, but I never received the bills for electricity, heating etc. during my rental period. I'm still just a student; this was my very first experience with renting. I do not recommend the services of this company.

We got to know Willeke during viewings and immediately felt good about her. She is honest and sincere, and clear in her communication, so we approached her for the sale of our house. That also went smoothly. We were kept well informed about the steps we had to take and received good advice.

The team at Drenth Makelaars really took care of us throughout the entire sales process of our house. It didn't matter who we spoke to from the office, everyone was always fully informed about the situation at all times. The process was clearly explained, all appointments were kept, and proactive contact was made when necessary. A clear sales strategy was also used; you never know for sure but we suspect this certainly helped with the quick sale.

They knew little about the rental property or the process we had to go through as tenants. After the drawing of lots was supposed to take place, an unannounced second drawing took place where additional documents had to be submitted, while I was requesting these from my current landlord, I spontaneously received 'Too late for submission' and they proceeded with another candidate. Unprofessional.

Highly recommended for both buying and selling! Over fifteen years ago, I first became acquainted with Sander van Drenth Makelaars when purchasing my apartment for the TV program 'My First Home', which was already an incredibly positive experience. Now, fifteen years later, I have bought a new house through the closely collaborating team of Drenth makelaars (Sander, Tom, Ellen and Sanne) and subsequently sold my own starter apartment in just two weeks. There is excellent internal collaboration where things are quickly processed and everyone within the team is always up-to-date on the latest developments. Even when one of the brokers happens to have a vacation planned and I want to make an offer precisely during that period, the other broker seamlessly takes over and competently assists me further. In short: more than satisfied.

We found out in early January that our rental contract would not be extended. So there was quite some urgency behind our house search. During a viewing, we met Wilco from 9+ Makelaars. We found him very knowledgeable and someone with a lot of experience. Therefore, we quickly scheduled an appointment ourselves with 9+ Makelaars. After this conversation, we were very enthusiastic and we had great confidence that we could find a house on time. At one point, we came across our dream apartment. 9+ took immediate action and gave us advice on the bid we should make. Afterwards, Wilco conducted the negotiations for us, and much faster than planned, we already heard that our offer was accepted. We were of course incredibly happy about that. 9+ continued to guide us well during the purchase process. Since this is our first home purchase, we had no experience with how everything worked. We could always turn to 9+ Makelaars with our questions. That was a very pleasant experience. January 29th we had our first meeting with 9+ Makelaars, and 21 days later we already signed our purchase contract. For us, this is a real estate agent that we highly recommend if you want to have the purchase of a house well organized!

Wilco and Imro are very accessible, understand the matter at hand, and are very pleasant to deal with. I had already found a property myself before entering into a collaboration with them. They helped tremendously with the negotiation, which resulted in success with the first house right away! And that even though the property is not within their working area. This gave me great confidence in the pricing and sales strategy. The presentation of my home was also excellent.
