Date unknownVery bad experience with Vesta. Especially the valuation by B. I still have my doubts whether he is a NVM appraiser. He looks in the land registry for surrounding sold homes and immediately has his price ready. He doesn't look at individual aspects that can influence the value of homes at all. Without consultation, he immediately places his report on the NWWI site. Very careless, very un-customer focused and would NOT recommend anyone to do business with him. Make sure you don't have to deal with him, because he will rip you off.

We didn't want to just sell our house to anyone after 28 years, and he understood that perfectly. I found it incredibly exciting, but Martin was there, understood it, and guided the process in a warm and empathetic way. Accessible, connected to who we are, and with an eye for the entire process. Besides Almere, he is very familiar with Lelystad, which was very important to us. We also appreciated that he well supported the buyers of our house because they were very enthusiastic but also overwhelmed because they're so in love with our house. From the first moment on, we as a family had full confidence in this office and that proved to be justified. Date unknownWith thanks for the neat response below and the knowledge that where “meat is chopped, splinters fly”, I would gladly adjust three “penalty points” to one. Because making mistakes is allowed, especially when you acknowledge them and learn from them! Who knows, see you at the next dream house…. 😃 While the sounds are quite common that the housing market is no longer as strained as it was a year ago, this realtor still whips things up nicely… For a house that was for sale, I called and offered more than 6% above the asking price. The person who answered the phone wasn’t thrilled about that, because the purchase contract had already been drawn up with someone who had bid even more. When I indicated that I could also offer more, the person stated that I would then have to offer more than 15% above the asking price. A considerable challenge, but when I said I was willing to pay it, the person indicated they would call me back. Unfortunately, that was over three weeks ago and I haven’t heard anything since. And you can say that that was fair, because the draft purchase contract had already been drawn up at the time I called, but that invitation to offer more than 15% is still a bit surprising (to put it mildly) and not calling back ever is quite disappointing, so the three stars space for improvement that I give here are truly justified.

After listing on Funda, the house sold in 13 days. In the meantime, everything was arranged at high speed (from an interior stylist to the photos, placing a for sale sign and creating the brochure. Amazing how quickly, efficiently and pleasantly we cooperate as sellers with the real estate agents and office of Drenth! Always quick response and everything was taken care of perfectly for us. Nothing but praise!

The marketing package was a nice addition and with good tips, the house was restyled a bit, which certainly improved the presentation. In the follow up, I do expect more contact and when the reconsideration period expired, I would have expected a moment of contact to 'celebrate' the final sale. Otherwise, a good real estate agent with corresponding back office.
