With Vlaming Real Estate you can't go wrong. Sjoerd and his team do what they say and do everything to ease your worries. We have two young children and didn't want to be at home during the sale. Only praise for the entire team at Vlaming! We received help from almost the entire team during our house search. After listing on Funda, the house sold in 13 days. In the meantime, everything was arranged at high speed (from an interior stylist to the photos, placing a for sale sign and creating the brochure. I could always turn to them with questions about the forms. There was consultation about the scheduled viewings with an evaluation afterwards. The property was always closed up neatly again. 9+real estate agents helped us well with the sale of our house. Received a clear price range in the first conversation. The home stylist gave us useful tips. The photographer was skilled and took beautiful photos. It took 1 week before we received the brochure. We did have to chase it up ourselves to get the property listed on Funda on the day we chose and were advised (negative point). Just before the property went live on Funda, the selling price was only determined, which in our opinion could have happened a bit earlier. We received a clear report from each viewing. The bidding process was exciting but we still got a good offer. All in all, a good real estate agent.

I had to think about this for a long time but still wanted to share it. I had a viewing for a house in Kattenbroek a few months ago, which was a pleasant experience in itself. It was just a bidding sale that, as far as I know, would close on Friday or Monday around 12 o'clock. My purchasing broker then submitted our bid a few minutes before the deadline. Then we were called that evening with the story that the property had actually been promised to someone else by the sellers but that I still had the highest bid. Then came the question of whether my offer was also without a financing condition. I indicated that it was. Eventually, however, the house went to the party to whom it had initially been promised by the seller. My suspicion, and why this feels bitter to me, is that my bid was passed on to the initial party and they got another chance to match it so that the sellers could get an even better deal and also keep their promises. Otherwise, I can't explain such a phone call. Furthermore, the highest bid is simply the highest bid when it works with registration. If the latter is not correct and there is a completely different explanation, I would like to hear it here, but I don’t think I can close this properly because it has been a very disappointing experience...

It's not that sellers have to choose the highest bidder; they choose the buyer themselves. They look at more than just the amount; they also consider conditions or a personal connection. Or they decide not to sell after an inscription. And indeed confusing, but they can decide to adjust the procedure during the process. In this case, there is a more complex situation. We normally do everything we can to inform everyone carefully and personally, especially in situations like these. However, in this case, all communication took place through your purchasing agent. We can imagine that this still feels unfair if you haven't found a suitable home yet. We hope you will continue to call or contact us through your purchasing agent so that we can explain step by step how the choice was made. We found out in early January that our rental contract would not be extended. So there was quite some urgency behind our house search. During a viewing, we met Wilco from 9+ Makelaars. We found him very knowledgeable and someone with a lot of experience. Therefore, we quickly scheduled an appointment ourselves with 9+ Makelaars. After this conversation, we were very enthusiastic and we had great confidence that we could find a house on time. At one point, we came across our dream apartment. 9+ took immediate action and gave us advice on the bid we should make. Afterwards, Wilco conducted the negotiations for us, and much faster than planned, we already heard that our offer was accepted. We were of course incredibly happy about that. 9+ continued to guide us well during the purchase process. Since this is our first home purchase, we had no experience with how everything worked. We could always turn to 9+ Makelaars with our questions. That was a very pleasant experience. January 29th we had our first meeting with 9+ Makelaars, and 21 days later we already signed our purchase contract. For us, this is a real estate agent that we highly recommend if you want to have the purchase of a house well organized!

Great realtor! Also highly recommended for first-time homebuyers! The contact with Mark went smoothly. We received quick responses to texts or calls. Wanda quickly scheduled the viewings at a time that suited us. Mark was present at each viewing, where possible; if he couldn't be there, his colleague Reinier was present. Mark was well informed about our wishes and it was clear to us that he had passed this on to Reinier when he came along. During the viewings, they were very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the property in question, and after each viewing, a calculation for a bidding advice was quickly made. After our offer was accepted, we were also well guided through the subsequent process (a process that was quite unclear to us as first-time homebuyers). We have never regretted our decision to hire a purchasing agent and choosing Fundament Makelaars!

And I am happy with that. More or less by chance, I ended up at Fundament Makelaars. I walked in and there was immediately a connection. Their presentation was short and powerful; I immediately gave the team the assignment to sell the house. Everything then went smoothly. The property was quickly prepared for viewings. The photo and film session was professionally directed. The presentation on the various media platforms was carefully and thoughtfully compiled. Nothing was forgotten and rightly, the match with the buyer was also made quickly. In short, an absolute recommendation.
