Wanda quickly scheduled the viewings at a time that suited us. Mark was present at each viewing, where possible; if he couldn't be there, his colleague Reinier was present. Mark was well informed about our wishes and it was clear to us that he had passed this on to Reinier when he came along. During the viewings, they were very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the property in question, and after each viewing, a calculation for a bidding advice was quickly made. After our offer was accepted, we were also well guided through the subsequent process (a process that was quite unclear to us as first-time homebuyers). We have never regretted our decision to hire a purchasing agent and choosing Fundament Makelaars!

The real estate agent turned out to be unable to sell our house. Eventually switched to Entree Realtors. Unlike the previous realtor, Jan really put in effort to sell the house. Within a week it was settled. There were even multiple interested parties. Coincidence, we don’t think so. Jan was enthusiastic about our house and we believe that this partly contributed to the fact that our house sold quickly with this realtor. Jan and Susan, thank you for everything.

17 Nov 2024Our experience with Jan Huisman Makelaardij was unfortunately disappointing. Today we had a viewing for which we were neatly on time. To our surprise, Mr. Huisman was still busy with a previous appointment. We were asked to wait outside for a moment, resulting in ten minutes of standing in the rain. Ultimately, we decided to go home without any possibility of viewing the property. A little planning and customer focus would not be superfluous here. We advise scheduling future viewings more generously so that customers do not have to wait unnecessarily, let alone in bad weather conditions. A missed opportunity and far from professional.

There, she conveyed all the information well and her friendly and persuasive personality appealed to me very much. Within a day, Brigitte already came by and two days later my apartment was already on funda with beautiful photos and a video. Viewings could be scheduled quickly. The end result? The property was sold within 1.5 weeks after being listed on funda for an amount I wouldn't have dared to hope for. I want to recommend Brigitte with 5 stars, she is truly a breath of fresh air, communicates super clearly and quickly, and you can feel that she really wants to work for you and the sale of your house. Highly recommended!

We sold the house in 2.5 weeks, which we are very happy with. Really a top real estate agent, a true recommendation. Oh yes, and what is also super nice is that a sign comes up too late on the for sale sign instead of 'sold' when the house is sold.
