06 Jan 2026Dit voorjaar stapten wij 'naïef' de woningmarkt met de gedachte; we hebben genoeg ervaring, dus we gaan zelf op zoek naar een ander huis in Leusden. De woningmarkt bleek toch iets anders te zijn dan we dachten. Gelukkig liepen we Reinier tegen het lijf; met hem als aankoopmakelaar hebben we verschillende huizen bekeken. Fijn om iemand naast je te hebben die bouwkundige EN mensenkennis heeft. Ons nieuwe huis vonden we zo. En daarna zorgden Reinier en Mark ook voor de soepele verkoop van ons oude huis in Amersfoort. Uiteraard ondersteunt door ‘rots in de branding’ Wanda op kantoor. Reinier, Mark en Wanda dank voor jullie meedenken, vakkennis, humor en doortastendheid. 07 Feb 2024Brigitte sold my property in July 2023. I contacted her for the sale of my own home, after viewing another property where Brigitte was the sales broker. There, she conveyed all the information well and her friendly and persuasive personality appealed to me very much. Within a day, Brigitte already came by and two days later my apartment was already on funda with beautiful photos and a video. Viewings could be scheduled quickly. The end result? The property was sold within 1.5 weeks after being listed on funda for an amount I wouldn't have dared to hope for. I want to recommend Brigitte with 5 stars, she is truly a breath of fresh air, communicates super clearly and quickly, and you can feel that she really wants to work for you and the sale of your house. Highly recommended!
