19 Dec 2024Great realtor! Also highly recommended for first-time homebuyers! The contact with Mark went smoothly. We received quick responses to texts or calls. Wanda quickly scheduled the viewings at a time that suited us. Mark was present at each viewing, where possible; if he couldn't be there, his colleague Reinier was present. Mark was well informed about our wishes and it was clear to us that he had passed this on to Reinier when he came along. During the viewings, they were very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the property in question, and after each viewing, a calculation for a bidding advice was quickly made. After our offer was accepted, we were also well guided through the subsequent process (a process that was quite unclear to us as first-time homebuyers). We have never regretted our decision to hire a purchasing agent and choosing Fundament Makelaars!

The real estate agent turned out to be unable to sell our house. Eventually switched to Entree Realtors. Unlike the previous realtor, Jan really put in effort to sell the house. Within a week it was settled. There were even multiple interested parties. Coincidence, we don’t think so. There, she conveyed all the information well and her friendly and persuasive personality appealed to me very much. Within a day, Brigitte already came by and two days later my apartment was already on funda with beautiful photos and a video. Viewings could be scheduled quickly. The end result? The property was sold within 1.5 weeks after being listed on funda for an amount I wouldn't have dared to hope for. I want to recommend Brigitte with 5 stars, she is truly a breath of fresh air, communicates super clearly and quickly, and you can feel that she really wants to work for you and the sale of your house. Date unknownTowards the end of last year, we were asked to email houses for sale that fit within our budget. For a few months, this went well, but then nothing more happened. When we inquired as to why, we were told that we were no longer in the system and had to re-register. Options occasionally came through, but also houses that didn't match our wishes at all. A few weeks ago, we visited in person. We weren't in the system again and needed to be re-entered. When it was suggested that perhaps this shouldn't happen anymore, we were immediately unsubscribed. We sent an email about this, with the response that the incident would be discussed internally. Never heard anything more after that. This realtor absolutely does not want to focus on customer retention. Fortunately, there are other realtors in Leusden.

Subsequently, I contacted Hendrik-Jan Rinkel and together with my father, I was warmly welcomed at the office. Hendrik-Jan helped me to get more information and an idea of the current housing market. After good consultation and a good feeling, I placed a search order. In addition, he helped me obtain a digital account with which I could respond early to viewings. I could also use this website to communicate my preferences and living wishes. Hendrik-Jan even took the time to come along to a number of viewings. However, there weren't many needed because after my third viewing, I was impressed by a property. However, I had not expected that my bid would be decisive. But based on Hendrik-Jan’s advice and his experience with the current market, the offer was perfect. I am a satisfied customer who has been helped to find a beautiful home in a short time.
