19 Dec 2024Great realtor! Also highly recommended for first-time homebuyers! The contact with Mark went smoothly. We received quick responses to texts or calls. Wanda quickly scheduled the viewings at a time that suited us. Mark was present at each viewing, where possible; if he couldn't be there, his colleague Reinier was present. Mark was well informed about our wishes and it was clear to us that he had passed this on to Reinier when he came along. During the viewings, they were very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the property in question, and after each viewing, a calculation for a bidding advice was quickly made. After our offer was accepted, we were also well guided through the subsequent process (a process that was quite unclear to us as first-time homebuyers). We have never regretted our decision to hire a purchasing agent and choosing Fundament Makelaars!

And I am happy with that. More or less by chance, I ended up at Fundament Makelaars. I walked in and there was immediately a connection. Their presentation was short and powerful; I immediately gave the team the assignment to sell the house. Everything then went smoothly. The property was quickly prepared for viewings. The photo and film session was professionally directed. The presentation on the various media platforms was carefully and thoughtfully compiled. Nothing was forgotten and rightly, the match with the buyer was also made quickly. In short, an absolute recommendation.

We have two young children and didn't want to be at home during the sale. From the first moment on, we as a family had full confidence in this office and that proved to be justified. 28 Nov 2023Brigitte sold my property in July 2023. I contacted her for the sale of my own home, after viewing another property where Brigitte was the sales broker. There, she conveyed all the information well and her friendly and persuasive personality appealed to me very much. Within a day, Brigitte already came by and two days later my apartment was already on funda with beautiful photos and a video. Viewings could be scheduled quickly. The end result? The property was sold within 1.5 weeks after being listed on funda for an amount I wouldn't have dared to hope for. I want to recommend Brigitte with 5 stars, she is truly a breath of fresh air, communicates super clearly and quickly, and you can feel that she really wants to work for you and the sale of your house. Highly recommended!
