The expertise also ensured that the process took place carefully and professionally, something that would probably have been a major challenge for us as laymen, if it had even succeeded due to lack of knowledge. And then we wanted to switch quickly to put our house on sale. The real estate agency cooperated just as quickly and after a nice crew had visited for e.g. the photoshoot of the house, the property was quickly put up for sale. Although viewing afternoons were planned due to high interest, where multiple viewers followed each other, we understand that the current buyers (the house was sold very quickly and pleasantly!) did not experience any pressure during the viewing which contributed to a pleasant experience. All in all, the processes could not have gone better. A great plus is also that although the real estate team of course deals with purchases and sales on an ongoing basis, they help, inform and are available to you with undiminished enthusiasm. In addition to expertise and the business aspect, we also find the human aspect in interaction very important and Herbrink Makelaars is careful and involved in every respect.
