To our surprise, Mr. Huisman was still busy with a previous appointment. We were asked to wait outside for a moment, resulting in ten minutes of standing in the rain. Ultimately, we decided to go home without any possibility of viewing the property. A little planning and customer focus would not be superfluous here. We advise scheduling future viewings more generously so that customers do not have to wait unnecessarily, let alone in bad weather conditions. A missed opportunity and far from professional.
