Advies aan mede-woningzoekende: Voordat je gaat bezichtigen, stem met de makelaar af hoelang de bezichtiging zal duren en wat voor tijdvensters er aan de woning hangen om een bod uit te brengen. Ik heb vandaag een woning bezichtigd, minder dan 10 minuten de tijd gehad om te bezichtigen. Toen werd ik weggestuurd omdat de volgende kwam. Met de mededeling: voor morgenochtend 10 uur een bod uitbrengen. Hoe ga je ooit een bod uitbrengen op een woning in minder dan 24 uur tijd op basis van een bezichtiging van een kleine 10 minuten? Ik vind dat de makelaar mij hierover had mogen informeren voorafgaande de bezichtiging. Dit voelt voor mij aan als een tijdverspilling. Mocht ik opnieuw een woning voorbij zien komen van deze makelaar waarnaar ik benieuwd ben dan zal ik eerst navragen hoeveel tijd ik voor de bezichtiging krijg en hoeveel tijd ik krijg om een bod uit te brengen. Dat voorkomt dat ik vrij neem van werk, ergens naartoe ga waar ik achteraf niks mee kan. Als ik van te voren wist dat de bezichtiging zo kort zou zijn en ik een bod binnen 24 uur moet uitbrengen dan was ik niet langsgeweest. Hele rare ervaring.
