De verkoop van ons huis is verzorgd door Majoor makelaar in Soest. Dit is erg goed bevallen. De waarde inschatting was kundig en bleek marktconform, de presentatie was proffesioneel, de courtage marktconform en de begeleiding heel prettig en betrokken. De makelaars waren vakmensen en de backoffice was goed georganiseerd en accuraat. Kortom een fijn proces waarbij ons huis binnen 2 weken verkocht is. Een aanrader dus.

Wij zijn erg tevreden over de begeleiding van Marijn van Majoor Makelaars. Ons huis heeft ongeveer een jaar te koop gestaan, wat soms best spannend was, maar Majoor makelaars bleef altijd positief en gaf niet op. Ze dachten actief met ons mee en adviseerde ons goed over een aantal prijsaanpassingen om het huis weer extra onder de aandacht te brengen. Uiteindelijk heeft dit resultaat gehad: ondanks dat het huis voor een lagere vraagprijs opnieuw op de markt kwam, is er toch overboden. Dat was natuurlijk een hele fijne verrassing en we zijn erg blij met het uiteindelijke resultaat. De communicatie met Marijn verliep prettig, hij hield ons goed op de hoogte en bleef betrokken gedurende het hele proces. We waarderen zijn inzet, doorzettingsvermogen en professionele begeleiding enorm en zouden Majoor Makelaars zeker aanbevelen.
