It all started like this: we are expats and have been living in the Netherlands for two years now. We met Jaap during our search for a house to buy. He is extremely helpful, and the best thing is that he really understands your wishes and knows how to deal with the seller. He has an eye for flaws and other things that can influence the offer price, and he has a lot of experience. He helped us a great deal during our search for a house. He was active, responded quickly and was at the same time very friendly. He also gave us a lot of support during the entire process with the translation of the purchase agreement and other documents. He is very professional and transparent. I would recommend him 100%. Thanks to him, it only took a month and two bidding rounds before we found our dream house. Was not initially enthusiastic about engaging a buyer's agent. However, in this time it is difficult to find a home. We then went into business with Soestdijk Makelaardij BV and are now very satisfied with that: Pleasant and expert contact, very helpful, purchase within budget and within schedule!
