Perfect timing, luck or really a good real estate agent?! During a viewing of one of his properties, we got to know Fulco as an open and collaborative real estate agent. The house wasn't a good match for us, but we liked this real estate agent. Soon after, there were visits to our home to discuss our sales and purchase wishes. Fulco thought along, wrote down some things, and we suspected that it would take several months. Nothing could have been further from the truth because that same evening, Fulco sent a house which ultimately became our new home. With the right advice, tips, and support, we were able to close the deal quickly. Taking action at the right moment, perfect timing! A few weeks later, Fulco and the team put our property online, and after a few days full of viewings, the property was sold quickly and well. We went to view a house in March 2023 that was for sale with Hoekschoeman Makelaars. Fulco was immediately flexible regarding our, not so flexible, schedules. The second viewing with the children could also be scheduled very quickly. Within 2 weeks we signed our preliminary purchase agreement. Because the communication was so pleasant, we asked if Hoekschoeman would also like to sell our house.
