Deze makelaar liep regelmatig met zijn hoofd in de wolken, waardoor hij een veel te hoge vraagprijs adviseerde. Daardoor ondanks publicatie op Funda, geen tot heel weinig response en hebben wij tot tweemaal toe de vraagprijs fors moeten verlagen... Ook was de communicatie onder de maat en moesten wij contact opnemen met "onze" makelaar om te horen hoe de zaken ervoor stonden. Onze woning is uiteindelijk verkocht voor €90.000,= onder de oorspronkelijke vraagprijs.

Perfect timing, luck or really a good real estate agent?! During a viewing of one of his properties, we got to know Fulco as an open and collaborative real estate agent. We went to view a house in March 2023 that was for sale with Hoekschoeman Makelaars. Fulco was immediately flexible regarding our, not so flexible, schedules.
