What an unpleasant man suddenly appeared in our house. He went around looking for a bit, we didn't have to walk along for an appraisal. He came across quite nicely but after walking around he became very unpleasant, abrupt and grumpy. He completely criticised our house while still coming up with the same amounts as the other two estate agents. He also talked about having to find houses that were roughly the same but that was rather difficult. While he is paid for this and it's his job... At the end he tried to sell himself, so we should switch to him. Because he had a very professional team himself. I bit my tongue to say nothing and we remained pleasant while we couldn’t wait until he left. It felt as if he was jealous of the estate agent we hired.
