I was busy with a rental property. I had been there on a Friday morning, I immediately said yes and was told that I would be called after the weekend for an appointment with the landlord. Afterwards, I wasn't called and had to call myself to find out that there were still 2 people who had registered on Friday after my departure and the landlord wanted to give everyone a fair chance. A pity but okay. Then I received a message with the answer that someone else had priority because the landlord knew the family. I find this very unfortunate as the landlord said he wanted to give everyone a fair chance. So it was not true since someone was given priority while I had been first, but it's the landlord's choice and it's her property so okay. But there would be a follow-up if I was to get an appointment or not. This follow-up never happened and the property is now removed from funda. All in all, communication with the real estate agent boertjes is very bad in my opinion.

I find it unworthy of realtors.
